Jules Kitchen, at Circa 39 Hotel

Tiki Fish n Burgers” and “Jules Kitchen” are actually the same place. I came during happy hour from 3–6 PM and it was a great deal. A large Aperol Spritz was only $7. I ordered the mini burgers and the chicken wings — both $9. The mini burgers were pretty good, but the chicken wings were a bit dry. Overall, a nice spot, especially during happy hour

This place isn’t the place anyone would should come in to eat. We been waiting here for more than a 1 hour 39 minutes. We went up there to look for a manager they says there is no manager. He left. This is Insane

We walked in and seat down for 20 minutes no one came up to us and then they brought the menu after that he came back again and took the order and didn’t show up for an hour or so. This is not the place you wanna come in to eat there is literally 5 guys working no one is doing anything. There is a table next to us they didn’t even get to order. I don’t understand why they have this have open they aren’t gonna actually provide service

While visiting Miami Beach, I went to Jules Kitchen (Tiki Fish and Burgers) bar in the Circa 39 Hotel. The food and service were AMAZING. Loved the vibe. It was so good, I asked to speak to the cook to let him know just how good the food was. 😍

Slow. Very slow. Waited over an hour for simple order of tacos and fish n chips. Staff forgot to bring my veggie skewers. When I asked, they failed to follow-up and simply told me “yeah we didn’t get them so we won’t charge you”. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what the problem is, but I will not be eating here again. They don’t deserve the automated 20% tip they charge.

For what it’s worth, the food was not bad. Not good enough to fix the poor experience. Lots of food restaurants in Miami. You can do better.

We loved the jerk chicken and the sea bass so much we came back 3 times to eat the same in our short trip. Special thanks to Nico the chef and the servers Augustine and Mickhaela who were amazing, we did not like the fish on our second visit and michaela got the chef to prepare it again. She got us some desserts for free as the fish the second time took some time. Definitely recommend 👍😋

Asked for a table inside, was given a nod and left to find my own space. Waited 10 minutes for a menu, asked for one, was given another nod, 10 minutes later no ment so I left. Give your money to a place that deserves it - service here sucks.

They take a long time and have no organization, you enter because those who sit outside and serve those outside first, I came with my son, he was starving and it took them 30 minutes to bring a simple hamburger

The patio is nice, but the rest was very disappointing. I waited more than 20 minutes for a simple sandwich during breakfast hours. There was no apology or any kind of acknowledgement at all. Eventually, the food was nothing special and the biggest surprise awaited me with the bill: There is a 15% service charge added on top of everything. If this is even stated on the menu, it was printed so small that I didn’t notice. In my opinion, a very cheeky way to make money. This restaurant is not worth a visit at all.
