Place is super well located in front of Ocean Drive. My stay was average, the hotel requires some renovations, the staff was all very friendly. Except for one woman who treated us very badly and rudely, very annoying and had a very bad character, we decided to avoid her and ask other people on the staff when we had any questions. The other guys were all very friendly, from the valet to the very friendly front desk, they made us feel like family.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel.Very cute and quaint. Has all the basic necessities. Room was spacious. We had a room on the 3rd floor away from the street so was not bothered by the noise of Ocean Street.Absolutely loved the roof top pool and lounge chairs. View of the ocean from the roof top is a bonus.We appreciated that the hotel provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach.Great location and friendly staff.Enjoyed breakfast every morning at the restaurant as we people watched our mornings away :)Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to South Beach

We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Leslie Hotel. The staff is so friendly, and the location is perfect for enjoying the fantastic Miami Beach nightlife. The room did lack storage, but everything else was perfect. The rooftop pool is a perfect place to relax, and the provide beach chairs for lounging in the sand. I would definitely return when visiting Miami Beach.

CONS (In order of importance):- No bottled water or drinking glasses to be found - this is a basic hotel necessity for travelers and made our stay much less convenient/enjoyable- Extremely noisy (we stayed in room 211 right by the staircase and elevator which may have made it worse but it was unbearable at times)- Constant barrage of air freshener throughout the entire building which felt nauseating at times- No full length mirror in the room- Very dim lighting which made it hard to see when getting ready- While eating at the onsite restaurant (La Trattoria), we noticed the wait staff giving complimentary drinks to other tables and never once offered them to us which felt odd (maybe this is an attempt to keep people seated longer so passersby think the restaurant is busier than it is? Either way, you should offer complimentary drinks to everyone if you're going to offer them at all—especially after the hundreds and hundreds we spent at the establishment while staying there)PROS:- Service - everyone we encountered was kind, courteous, and helpful- Location - right on the strip (so long as you don't mind the noise)- Miami was very cloudy and windy during our stay so the heated rooftop pool and hot tub were fantastic (Pool attendants were great as well)- Cleanliness- 20% off La Trattoria food (onsite restaurant) while staying at the hotel was a nice touchAll in all, The Leslie is considered by Google a four-star hotel but it felt every bit like a three-star hotel. A bit overpriced in that regard. Would stay elsewhere if we could do it again, but for what it was, it was good enough. The staff being 100% kind and helpful really helped offset our complaints about the hotel itself.

?Large, very comfortable rooms, large bathroom and very beautiful view. High-end bedding. Rooftop swimming pool, pleasant at the end of the day. No room service or breakfast. The staff are charming and very professional. The hotel is located on the ''good portion'' of Ocean Drive, lively but not too much. Very good value for money. I recommend !

Let me first start off by saying was great 5/5 very friendly and accommodating with my request. Only complaint with the staff is that once when i requested my vehicle from the valet, it took almost an hour due to lack of proper communication. This was very frustrating be cause that takes time from whatever i had to do that day. However they did apologize. Immediately upon entering the room, my wife discover 3 pieces of hair throughout the bed sheets which makes me question if the sheets were changed. They could do a bit better with the cleaning of the rooms. Deep cleaning goes a long way. Also coffee machine is located on the bathroom sink which is a bit odd. Now on to the restaurant located outside of the hotel. Presentation of the food was always 100% however my french toast was black on the bottom and i ended up sending it back but something like that shouldn’t have been sent out. I did pay for the included breakfast but honestly it was not worth it. Save the money for that and take it somewhere else. The menu for the included breakfast was quite small not very many options. Also the breakfast food was bland i honestly wouldn’t recommend. However as stated before, staff was always friendly.

First off, the location & room was nice. The room felt small and the coffee maker had no instructions & was an odd make.I checked the rental car in using the hotel Valet ($45/day) & it was damaged upon return. The valet manager was insistent they did not do the damage, but it didn’t exist before.Finally, we were way overcharged for dinner, but their server just blew it off.I would not stay here ever again.

I can't speak for the accommodations the hotel offers, but the attached restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful view of the beach, great music and delicious food. We might have to look into a room here in the future ?

We were definitely overcharged for our dinner and when they brought our rental car out from the garage after it was valet parked, there was a a huge scratch on the trunk area where they obviously ran it under something. They of course denied it, but it was definitely not there when we got there. I would definitely NOT recommend this place unless you want to be taken advantage of or you want your rental car damaged.

Food & drinks: Nice atmosphere. The Hamburgers we had were good. But what especially made the difference was the Waitress, or should I say the Hostess! Martina was friendly, always smiling, and she saw everything! Even when there was a problem she didn't look away and did her best to solve it.If only for her, we would return to eat here again!

I know many people like this hotel, but for me it was not the right hotel. We got a king ocean suite, room 212. It’s facing the ocean Dr. And there is a restaurant right down on the first floor and two other restaurants right next to the hotel. That made so much noise and it was too loud. Had to have AirPod to listen to music to sleep bc of the noise. And, it lacks some basic amenities such as a cup or glass in the room. On the website the room is for four people. Thought the couch in the room was a pull out bed, but it was a couch. Luckily our son was 11 and we were able to put bed sheets on the couch. If we had another child, this tool would not have worked for us. False info. We paid $1600 for 4 nights in January. I won’t choose this hotel if I knew everything about this hotel. There is no coffee machine. It makes only espresso. The layout is strange as others said.

Would rate 5 stars but the older lady up front was extremely rude and loud to guest as well as to staff. She was yelling at a coworker in front of me and my family instead of helping us out, we waited there for her to stop yelling so we could ask for help. Even when she assisted us it wasn’t pleasant. Every time we saw her we tried to avoid her. My family member in a wheelchair never got to go to the pool with us because the chair elevator was broken. Staff told us they would let us know when it would be ready and never did. Dissapointing stay
