Coming from New York where Lucali is considered an institution, we decided to try it out in Miami. We were expecting a far better experience. The Summer Salad was average.A margherita pizza priced 32$ + burrata, meatballs and olives making a pizza costs 56$!!!Well, the dough was average and the ingredients not the best.Maybe i am too Italian and the expectations exceed reality.Definitely, we won’t repeat.

Man I do t have to say too much I ve been coming here since they opened almost 10 years ago. Wow still the best spot! Kale Cesar, plain calzone, pepperoni pizza, Nutella calzone fire dessert. The meatballs, fresh mozzarella so damn good !Vegetarian options: Kale Cesar salad?Dietary restrictions: They have options for everyone.Parking: It’s a hot spot in Miami.Kid-friendliness: Kids everywhere

We came here based on a review from Eater and we’re not disappointed. One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Extremely fresh ingredients, crisp crust, excellent flavors!

The crust was good. The pizza was undercooked. Since we were visiting from out of town not knowing much about this place (other then hearing it was good) and having a pet with me I had no way of knowing if there was outdoor seating (there is) and there's also no phone number to call to ask. I had no choice to order via uber eats pickup. When I got there parking was difficult. They would not allow us to eat outside even though i asked. It took asking three people to get finally my cold pizza. Would I go back, definately not. Pizza was good not great. Overpriced for what it is. Maybe it would have been better warm?

Despite high expectations, I was severely disappointed. The service and staff were okay, somewhat professional. However, I regret to say that the pizza didn't meet the mark; it was just mediocre. I don't plan on returning.

Excellent, excellent, excellent pizza pie. We ordered the regular 18 inch pie. Fresh homemade dough, margarita style with a fresh homemade pizza sauce, and fresh mozzarella and parmigian cheese. This is perhaps the pizza I've ever had.We also ordered pepperoni chips which were a delicious appetizer. We also ordered the spicy vodka fusili... Fantastic! Loved it! Amazing! Cooked to perfection. Maybe my new favorite place to eat.

Had high expectations based on other reviews. The pizza was okay, the sauce is good!$32 for a plain pie I expected it to be better... The topping to crust ratio is way off to justify the pricing in my opinion.

Lucali is one of the better pizza spots in Miami Beach along with their sister restaurant, DC Pie in Brickell. I always order sausage pizza and a large pizza is usually a little light for two to share, so you might want to add more to your order. There are plenty of reviews of the pizza, you can check those out. This review will focus on the 'meatball hero sandwich' I tried this time. I normally get an order of meatballs to fill us up but I noticed the meatball sub so decided to give that a go and wow I was not disappointed. The sub was big enough to share as it had 4 meatballs in a sesame seed bread. I'm not normally a fan of sesame but damn this will be a reorder for me. I also asked if they had any different bread for next time but this is their only option. It was cheesy enough but not overpowering and the bread was crisp yet soft in the middle. A++++

Best pizza we ever had! Crust is thin and light and crispy. Loved the fresh basil sausage and mushroom. Highly recommend!

The food was good, but for me spaghetti was lacking more flavor, however the calzone was fantastic and eggplant parm i don’t like i be honest. No doubt a place to eat again.

A truly beautiful place frequented by many beautiful people, the same goes for the music, always chosen with such care. Furthermore, they have spectacular beers, both on tap and in bottles, their menu is very rich, if you want you can also eat a good pizza (clearly American style) in company, as far as the quality/price ratio is concerned it is certainly one of their advantages, in fact I found it in line with other places, but with a truly unique atmosphere. I recommend it very much
