The waitress told us we were ´F·······g ?????´ (her language was absent of manners or coherence) as we left. The manager squared up to us trying to fight and made a completely buffoon of himself. We waited about an hour for nothing to turn up. our waitress spoke no english, or spanish, and made no effort to be made understood. Food was subpar, I mean you can't mess up raviolis in butter sauce. Would not recommend focaccia bread, just plain dough with tomatoes thrown on top. Service was horrible, not sure of my servers name but he seemed to be less attentive to me and my boyfriend (I'm assuming because we are in our 20's) than any other table. Expensive, slow service, average food and a mandatory 20% ! So many reasons not to go again. Location on Lincoln Road is great thought but STAY AWAY! The saddest thing of all is that the employees (and presumably the owners) don't know a thing about treating their customers! The food they serve is an embarrassment to Italy! Avoid this place at all costs!
