Super disappointing. Sitting on the back deck is beautiful but that’s as far as a highlight this place can get.The food was mediocre. I wanted the fish tacos but wanted them to simply leave the sour cream off. The server informed me that no modifications could be made. That’s the most ridiculous thing ever. How hard would it have been to just not put the sour cream on the taco?!?!I ended up getting Caesar salad with salmon added. $16 salad that they didn’t even have the decency to put in a bowl. The salad was served on a small plate.My husband got the catch of the day, and it was just ok.Definitely have no desire to try them again.

Fun, convivial atmosphere. Food was very good. I had the wings -- they are outstanding.Service was lacking because of either a mixup or lack of enough personnel on duty. Water was not replenished. Ordered beverages were not brought. An order in our party was incorrect, was sent back, and then never appeared. Very unsatisfying and unsatisfactory.However, I will give the management kudos for coming to our table to address the matter when I protested about it, and they gave us a significant reduction on our bill. I understand that problems are going to occur occasionally. All that I can expect is that staff or management try to make it right, which they did. Thanks.Parking: Free parking lot on the premises, but the restaurant and nearby areas are often busy, so parking can be difficult at times.

Host service sucks , I been a host for five years and I never seen it this bad. Waited an hour to be seated for a table of 3 meanwhile a 2 top will walk in and get seated right away.Update , we ordered food just for the food to come out cold !!!! I ordered the Easter special shrimp and lobster pasta for the lobster to be cold like if it just came out the refrigerator. The mashed potatoes was hard like a rock and cold , my kids chicken tender was cold , steak was cooked completely wrong. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. Absolutely zero !!
Misty was our server tonight with our group of 5. We were recommended this place by a local and were super excited to come here. We put in drinks with her and it took over 20 minutes to get my 1 beer I ordered. We attempted to see where she was in the restaurant to cancel the drink but she was not around and didn't check in with our table until she brought the beer out. I told her I didn't want it anymore because it took so long and we just wanted to eat and leave but she was super rude and her attitude was horrible. When I told her I didn't want it because it took almost 25 minutes she proceeded to still rudely ask why in the snarkiest way and then also told me she could grab a manager but I would have to pay for it. I didn't end up asking for one from her but then later on I did go up to 2 different staff members asking to have someone come to our table but no one showed up for another 20+ minutes. Our food order was also incorrect, a manager did end up correcting our order but then a different manager had to assist us. She also auto grated us even though we were a party of 5 and they auto grat for 6 so we had to ask for that to be removed. She also called the kitchen staff "re**rded" for messing up our modified salad order after it came out incorrectly and directed the blame on them stating she rung it in the right way. She also told us that our food was coming out 3 separate times in the span of 30 minutes. The last manager that took the service charge off and corrected our bills and wrong food/ comps + was super helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to sit and wait and get horrible service. A table next to us hadn't even gotten waters and was sitting for over 30+ minutes with nothing on their table. I am appalled by this servers attitude and service. The language used was disgusting and she has a foul mouth. I am in the service industry myself for 6+ years and have never received service like this in my life nor have I come close to even remotely speaking to customers the way she spoke to us. Food was also MID AF!

I absolutely love this place. It sits waterfront with Great views of biscayne bay, with pretty good seafood, and a wide variety of menu options for the entire family. A Solid drinks menu, although I think their cocktails could be a little stronger. Nonetheless I absolutely enjoy going here.
The food, service, and atmosphere were great but you can’t really come here as an impatient person the amount of waiting I had to do was insane. The food was tasty and our server was nice as well as the atmosphere here by the water but jeez was there a wait. First it was an hour to get in but that is understandable since I tried to get a nice seat by the water. Appetizers took about 20 minutes but once we ordered our entrees that’s when it hit. Took about an hour or more for two just two dishes to arrive. I mean we saw people standing up and leaving right in front of us. Luckily we at least got our food and then even the check took some time as well. I think it’s a matter of the kitchen and staff because I feel like they are unprepared for the large amount of people that come on these busy days. Keep in mind this was a Friday too, not even the weekend. But that’s the average experience here on a busy day, not much else to take note of.

Shuckers is usually a good spot to enjoy the water front and a nice cocktail. My recent experience was horrible. My waitress named Jill was inattentive, condescending and sparky. The food became cold as it was waiting for too long when we ordered. We had to get up and grab our own utensils. I am hesitant to come back again and receive the same treatment. The manager on duty is very immature and lack customer service.Dietary restrictions: Not the place for you if you're allergic to seafood
