Service was awful, I came in first these ladies got beautiful long hair but not in a net as they should (been that is a food handling position) i continue to order as for a tuna 6inch she ask what kind of cheese i prefer. I said provolone she put parmesan I corrected her saying "love, I ask for provolone not parmesan" she got an attitude and said that's what i ask for. I said no i wanted the other one ( I dont like confrontation due to my severe anxiety) she said how you called it I said is Called PROVOLONE. she said "Niño haci no se dice" with a really bad attitude ?. (I try to say it in Spanish but I dont know how is call) she started calling me names and I just walked off. DONT BE DISRESPECTFUL TO TRAVELERS

Worst costumer service ever! I was treated like I’m supposed to accept something that I didn’t order. Ordered a sandwich with special instruction and apparently the person didn’t understand what I wrote and prepared the sandwich I with ALL things I didn’t want it, and told me that since the sandwich is supposed to be like this, she did it without paying attention to instructions, even when the instructions stated, “no lettuce” she added those.

Today I went to that restaurant to buy my son a sandwich, the service is terrible, the girl who served me didn't know if the lettuce was fresh, and obviously the lettuce looked horrible, it was old and brown like the tomatoes, I asked her is the lettuce fresh) and she simply told me (I DON'T KNOW), hire people who know how to do the job and have a little courtesy at least..so be careful if you order at this subwayID- Trans# 1/A- 472734

This Subway location is the nearest one to me from work, it's seem like for some reason if the order made online, the instructions will be rarely followed I have ordered numerous times and ask for the sub to be toasted and it never is toasted and even when ordering in person the staff seems up tight about heating the bread if asked to do so. Truly would not recommend anyone here. And i will strongly suggest opting for another location in the future.
