Today's Chimi was excellent! The bread was toasted nice and crispy, they put plenty of fried cheese in it and the meat was nicely thick. It had been a while since I had stopped by for a Chimi here because they seemed to have been stingy with the fried cheese and also weren't putting much love on the bread, but from today's experience I believe they noticed and are back on track.
This is one of my family's favorite Dominican spots. When we're craving chimis, it's never a debate... we know exactly where to go. This is perfect for your late night munchies. The service is great, we love ordering takeout from this food truck.
