We were on the line for an hour because the system was down. This day, I had a meeting, and as a result, I was running late—I even forgot to take my order. They manually counted as their system had a problem. We spent $60 for four burritos. Keep in mind that it is really costly.

The burrito ruined my day.after paying 55 dollars for some woman to ruin my nails in a salon and being forced to watch 3 kids who aren’t even mine all day this burrito was really supposed to help me out. but it was the icing on top of a horrible no good day. It made me cry and scream. Why do you guys come burritos like that? Why would you fold even 1 burrito so horribly that it falls apart? This burrito gave me depression. It tasted good tho

I’ll start with service. The tables was dirty. The employees were decent, they were nice but anytime i asked for something extra i got attitude. The food, oh my goodness. I didn't even eat a lot of my bowl. I got brown rice, chicken and queso. Extra chicken and rice. There was pieces of rice that was uncooked and i had to spit out. I knew the food was a little off but im just thinking, “we’re in miami, not every chipotle is the same”. By like 11 oclock at night my stomach was hurting, i was in and out of sleep and by 6:59am, i was throwing up, literally the chipotle bowl. I have been in bed since, just in pain and then i threw up again at 1:15pm. Since then i haven’t had the appetite to eat anything.

I rarely go to Chipotle but my daughter’s best friend requested to have lunch there. As she ordered tacos, she requested two meats and tofu for her three toppings. The gentleman who served her didn’t say that this would be an extra charge and the manager was arguing with the employees over not moving quickly enough. When we got to the cashier, he gave us a baffled look and said the sides were going to add up to $15.00 total. I said that this is more than the cost of any adult meal. He agreed but just kind of shook his head and asked the server if he failed to explain that. He didn’t in fact share that and perhaps I should have asked, but these were still small portions. When I asked to speak to the manager, she merely said “yes, of course, if you have two meat sides it will be way more.” There is no part to the sign that says additional cost for the tacos based on the sign. Extremely disappointed with the service and would appreciate a call from the regional manager.
They always don't have many options by the late afternoon and the food is always subpar to other Chipotle's. Definitely my least favorite amongst all the ones I've visited and will most likely not come back.

The old woman (manager I’m assuming) is the worst person I’ve encountered all day. She wouldn’t give me two cups of water when I bought a bowl because apparently “1 bowl, 1 water cup”. I decided to just get one and she didn’t even give me a lid because she said she “only has a few left”. Worst experience, she should be fired and put in a retiring home. She is always a problem when we go to this chipotle.

First off, the customer service is HORRIBLE the big mananger was rude and told me everything was an extra cost thinking I wouldn't get it. Second, the portions they give you is outrageous you would think that giving people a right/good amount of protein comes out their paycheck I don't understand why so stingy. Lasty, the tortilla was soggy and tasted like rubber.
