The menu and the cleanliness of the premises are impeccable. I had to give them a star when in reality I wouldn't have given them any, after many years of shopping at Don Pan, even from my country. And yesterday afternoon I had a very unpleasant experience with two employees, Ruth and Sayin, the one who served me was Ruth, with annoyance and annoyance, apparently what I was asking her about what she was going to buy bothered her and bothered her to the point of making faces and mocking, I asked logical and precise questions. The supposed "assistant manager" did nothing to stop this employee, nor did she want to give me names. After a while when I gave arguments and seeing that he couldn't play with me (because I'm not a girl) then he gave me names and started to humor me but at least politely. He also didn't want to give me his name. I had already had to endure unpleasant treatment from Miss Ruth on many previous occasions. And Miss Sayin is very annoying and arrogant with all the clients, she always has a bad face and her attitude is aggressive. I went to that Don Pan very frequently and I stopped going for a while because of the lack of respect and rudeness to the customer.. It is a shame that a large chain like Don Pan that has been around for so many years has employees who are not trained to deal with the public, and that NO ONE supervises so that the treatment is of quality. Honestly, I don't go to that Don Pan anymore. Thank you very much.
