This spot is great! It's a little tiny so I've never sat inside to eat, but I love ordering food from here and it's always fresh when I pick it up! You can never go wrong with some hibachi! I will say, the portions are a little on the smaller side but still not bad.

I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience. Customer service is atrocious. My delivery order was incomplete and Melanie, HGM's phone operator, said ,"Its not my problem". In a time such as now with the economy so unstable you would expect an establishment to appreciate and value their clientele. Not the case here. Take your business and money somewhere that it will be appreciate. I'm just saying. ZERO STARS!!! Thank you Melanie.

Decided to give it a shot since we are all stuck at home during Covid season, and they had free Thai Donuts with $20 purchase. Can't say the food was bad, I had the Steak Combo with veggies and egg fried rice, wife and kids had the chicken. The steak was good, but the chicken was not. All 3 chicken orders had a "chewy" pop to the chicken breast....not sure how to explain it but it's usually the case with cheap or overly frozen chicken. But all in all the flavor was good. My issue was the price compared to the portion. Definitely not worth it, I rather wait for the restaurants to open back up. If you like this type of food then you already know the typical teppanyaki joints like Benihana and Samurai are a little more expensive but they include double the portion, a soup, a salad, a shrimp appetizer, and the experience. Everything is separate and not included at Hibachi Grill, they even charge for the extra sauce, and the portions are small....like kid menu small. Glad we tried it, but probably won't be ordering from here again unless they lower their prices or throw in more food. I was looking through the pictures and it appears they serve much more food when you dine in I do appreciate the free Thai donuts tho! Thank you.
Great, quick and affordable neighborhood hibachi. No need for flash just good food. I recommend it to anyone looking for takeout hibachi that's not overpriced

Ate here just this time and never again. Food is prepared by a long loose hair lady that throws her hair around the food. Stays on her phone while the food is being ordered. Kitchen does not look clean. And they use a microwave to heat up food.

So Yummy! Definitely a good cheaper alternative than samurai and they are on uber eats! I always get the chicken and filet or lobster and filet mignon. 4 starts cause I feel they arent consistent with the portions and forget items in order sometimes. Usually just a sauce or sometimes the vegetables. The last time they forgot a whole meal. BUT for that issue I did call the restaurant and one of their employees delivered the missing meal in less than 30 mins. So I was thankful for their good-quick customer service!

Ordered on a whim because the lady and I were really hungry. Ordered two plates of two proteins each (mine was steak and shrimp ninja noodles, the lady wanted hibachi chicken and teriyaki chicken with hibachi rice). Weren't really expecting much; they're pretty far so we figured it'd get here pretty cold, too. Nope; order was out for delivery apparently really soon, and we got our food way sooner than we expected. The dishes themselves were delicious; I'm not going to say it was the absolute greatest hibachi I've ever had, but the combination of price, quantity, flavor and convenience is brutally tough to beat. A few people seem to be mad about being told the restaurant is "closed", perhaps early. Listen, if they're telling you they're closed and you're insisting, the problem isn't them. I was going to upload a picture but I inhaled the food...
Save your $$$ because this place doesn't deserve them unless you really don't have other options. My chicken and rice were both borderline raw and definitively flavorless. The "vegetables" on the side was ONLY stir fried onions in my lunch box. I wish I had something good to say...

My wife Introduced me to the restaurant because she is familiar with it. We will definitely be back. The food was great, the service was great and young people working there were great. It was a very good experience. Thank you for such great service. Barnes

I went to this restaurant on 5/10/19 at 9:35pm and was denied service because they were "closed". The restaurant was empty and they had just finished cooking their last order. I even suggested I would take out my order, but nothing. Im still baffled by the lack of initiative, where I was treated more as an inconvenience rather than a customer. I'm pretty sure 25 mins was plenty of time to cook rice, veggies and protein, but the employees would rather be on their phones making plans for the weekend than making a sale. The food here is decent, but I'm not coming back here because of the service. I'd give you 0 stars if I could.

Ordered a steak hibachi with a side salad today. The order came with noodles. Which I did not order. It always came with fried rice. The noodles were so mushy. The side salad did not even bring the ginger dressing. Very disappointed. I had to spend money elsewhere because I could not eat any of the food.

The only good thing about this place is that it was clean and the friendly staff. But, the food needs a lot of work. The fried shrimp dumplings taste like old cooking oil. The vegetable rolls have no taste and it was cold in the center it's like the BJs frozen rolls. The noodles feels like eating gummy worms and the shrimp taste like steak. Theres no veggies in the dish as well. This place has a lot of potential they need to work on their menu and cooking. The 2 stars are for 1 for the staff the other for a clean establishment.
