Garbage customer service! It's a shame, because I actually like Little Caesars pizza but I will NEVER return after the experience I had with one of the guys who works here.

It baffles me how majority of individuals still do not know, nor are they trying to learn how to speak ENGLISH in AMERICA!! My boys great grandmother took them here for a quick bite to eat. My son had a horrible time trying to order as no one understood or spoke English.The cashier, the cook, the manager...NO ONE!! He had to take out a translator and the cashier still did not understand what was being asked!! Are you all not an equal opportunity employer? It does not seem so because if you were, you would have English speaking staff and employees of ALL ethnicities!!

The people who work here lack respect or care. Don’t understand what you’re ordering and then give you the wrong pizza, after waiting 20 mins.Dietary restrictions: When asking for half a pizza just cheese because son is picky won’t eat anything else and they just got and put halfOne topping and half the other after verifying twice with cashier. Doesn’t understand enough English to work here.

We were short of few cents for a cheese pizza. The lovely young lady ( sorry I didnt get your name). And she asked us and said no problem with a smile and sparkle in her eyes the empathy I saw in her. Definitely will return and this location was immaculate and very well maintained. Will return soon. Poor management I ordered a pizza got there to pick up my order. They told me I already took the pizza and apparently somebody else walked away with it had to wait another half hour for them to make another set of pizzas.

Dude at the counter threw a soily rock at the pizza oven and didn't care if it hit the pizza being cooked. Completely gone off the plot in this pizza joint.

First of all the people can barely speak English I asked for extra pepperoni and they couldn't even do that. I repeated myself about the issue 3 times and she couldn't still understand me till I told her in Spanish and even then she still couldn't understand and give us a regular pizza Instead of extra. And the pizza wasn't even cooked all the way
The worst service ? I've ever seen, there is no customer service at all.

This place is really good to get low cost pizza. It’s tastes really good, and you get what you pay for. The only bad thing I got to say about this place is that they’re really understaffed, the workers there do what they can and still the pizza it’s pretty good.

Terrible service, they never answer there phone. Little Caesars is really Little with their customer service. I wouldn't recommend this store. Order from somewhere else

The store is falling apart the people working there is constantly on their phones not helping the customers hide behind the cardboard Box where nobody sees them on the phone the floors are covered and leaves the place is filthy. I did not buy anything.
