The negative reviews are accurate here. The food is terrible and chicken undercooked and the driver is rude and doesn’t want to work. They don’t answer the phone close to closing time they don’t care if your kids and family need to eat they don’t care to make it

TERRIBLE WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE Last night we ordered 5 different pizzas at 5 pm and I ordered them for delivery at 6:45pm. Never made it. We went to pick them up. The food was nowhere to be found. The Manager got VERY AGGRESSIVE and my husband a WAR VETERAN was not having it. The Manager didn’t want to make the food again, insisted we had received and wanted double pizza, until the police arrived we didn’t get the refund back. BTW EXCELLENT POLICE UNIT. I would love to talk to the Owner, his employees are horrible except the old man who was supposed to bring the delivery who was willing to help but the Manager didn’t let him….

The driver called us because he had the suspicious he had the wrong orderShort story we went to pick up the pizzas. They were not be foundThey intended to give me something else. I showed the receipt and we I refused to accept a wrong order the Manager got AGGRESSIVE and told me to shut up. My husband a WAR VETERAN didn't have it and asked to respect me. The guy a visible non educated person started to be provocative and looking for a knife, that's when I called the police. By 7:30 pm I had no pizza and no money. GREAT JOB TO THE POLICE that arrived and helped us. Unfortunately Miami is becoming a city where this type of behavior is common and accepted .... GO TO ANOTHER PIZZARIA

Ordered medium $27.75 pizza which was very dry and cold even though I live 5 blocks from it. Called to speak to manager. Lily got on the phone and was cold and dismissive. Lesson learned. Reported it to the corporate office but won't be ordering from this place again. What a shame.
Paid nearly $30 for dry and cold medium pizza even though I live right next to this location. You can heat pizza but there was hardly any cheese on it. Called and asked to speak to manager. Lily came on the phone and showed no customer service skills. Very dismissive. Lesson learned. This has been reported to the corporate office. Their managers need to be retrained.

The quality of chain restaurants has diminished significantly. The regular meat lovers is ok when you are in a pinch. We ordered a Detroit pizza and it was horrible. The sauce was too sweet and ingredients not fresh. Again, it's pizza hut. One thing is that this location is on time, clean, and the staff is efficient and friendly.
