I never post things that are negative but enough is enough... I have come the taco bell on bird rd right next to the west side of the expressway SEVERAL times... I have gotten the wrong food, I have requested nicely to please NOT put the sour cream/guac at the butt of the burrito, they don't care, I heard the managers attitude towards me over the mic... they served me the nacho chips in the wrong container, one much smaller as if those nachos werent expensive already... plus they forgot to put the guacamole!!... i was given a stale chalupa!!.. NEVER a time where they get it right, NEVER!! And at the time I go im the only customer on line!! Aka a stressless line!! but I keep giving them a chance!... the sauce or sour cream is always at the butt no matter who makes it, which leads me to believe they were TRAINED BADLY!... the customer deserves their food done right!! It's the customers who are paying their salaries! It takes the same amount of effort to prepare it correctly as it does to prepare it wrong. If the customer repeats something there's no reason to get the order wrong... frustrated and so fed up. AND IM SURE LIKE THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS, THAT SOMEONE WILL MIRACULOUSLY WRITE AN EXCELLENT REVIEW RIGHT AFTER MINE, if not it's because I called them out on that! BTW it was at 2:15 am, too late to be dealing with a messed up order!... FYI, I was reading ALL the reviews while I was eating and had to stop because almost gagged thinking what could have been on my food, rudeness and lack of respect will do that.. and it doesn't help that people are saying it's not clean and that employees and managers are rude and dont care for your complaints, theres no respect to the degree that makes you wonder if they did something to your food.

The employees except 1 are very nice but the GM is very very rude the GM profiles us because we are homeless we spend at least 20$ a day in there everyday and sit to charge our phones but we also spend money in there so that we can sit in there and she tells us that she is the GM and can do whatever she wants because she is the GM and have us banned for being homeless and she has put locks on the outlets so we can't charge our phones I don't think it's right to be treated like this I wish she would be homeless for at least a month so she can see how she gets treated like how she treats us

Workers seem lost and poorly trained. Completely clueless. Got order wrong after waiting 15 minutes, and not because they were in a rush. Dining area needs to be cleaned trash on tables nothing is wiped down. I guess that’s what you get when you run a business bare bones. Sign at counter telling you to go to a kiosk. Every time I’ve been to this particular location, just when I think they can get worst than my previous visit, they do. At least in that respect they’re consistent, I wish I could say the same about everything else.

Miami you have not seen fine dining like this Taco Bell ever before. I’ve always known about this Taco Bell, I’ve had their food, experience their customer service; but now there is a special dust in the air over there. When I tell you their current night staff has been putting the ENTIRE hearts and souls into their work, I am not lying my friend. The lovely young lady with the glasses working at the window and the skinny young manager boy working at the quesadilla press, I talkin to yall. God bless your lovely hearts. They made a steak and cheese quesadilla that was not only an out of body experience but a religious one. I’ll leave this review with a thank you and little besito for this Taco Bell!!!!!!

I am dumbfounded by the complete disrespect from Mr Gonzalez and his manager that refused to give me his name…. ? hello, your a manager.We placed an order in drive through and we did not get an item, so i went in with my receipt.The cook, worker, Mr Gonzalez said and i quote “ oh no, i made that” She needs to bring her bag in cause i made that. With a Disrespectful attitude, like i am going to steal a burrito.I then said, my husband is in the car eating his food so i can’t bring you the bag…. He proceeded to be even more disrespectful, so i said i wanted my money back because I DID not feel SAFE having the worker make my food!I asked for my money and he said fine, then with attitude said never mind i am not giving you your credit, ask for the manager!I asked for the manager and asked for names and the manager refused!!’Worst Place Ever! I don’t care what kind of day your having! I AM YOUR CUSTOMER! ??‍♀️

Horrible service, if you hate your job then quit please. The girl with the short blonde hair and nose ring is the worst. They rather talk on the phone and with each other than simply greet a customer. Unacceptable

Horrible service at night. I've been in a line of 5 cars ahead of me for more than 45 minutes! It has taken so damm long that I have seen 6 cars already get behind me and leave because the line doesnt move. I hope someone in charge sees this review and does something about it because this is simply ridiculous.
