This Taco Bell has been my go-to spot for over a decade, as the years progress the food service, customer service, and overall experience has declined severely. I had family go there and get food poisoning, enough to go to the hospital and remain on a new diet ever since to avoid further complications. I’ve had multiple occasions where various staff members are beyond rude and ruin what was a good day. If you look on Yelp the reviews are far more accurate than google reviews, multiple reviews on bacterial infections, food poisoning, bad customer service and more horror stories. The customer service at this place is really bad. Today at 9:15pm, I came to this location by the drive thru and I can't even explain how bad I feel after having the worse experience with some rude employee. I really hope that the owner of this location is able to do something about it.

The food was not well prepared, there was not even an attempt at decent presentation and the service was awful. We ordered a Cheesy Chicken Crispanada and got a Cheesy Roll Up instead. Honest mistake, right!When we went to the drive thru window to let them know, instead of just correcting the order, they started arguing that there had been no mistake. They went as far as saying we had eaten it and wanted a free one now!That was absolutely on called for and so rude and disrespectful. I wish they would hire employees that have the vocation to work at a service company and not just the first person that fills out an application.We've lived in this area for 15 years. That USED to be a great place to have a quick bite, but not anymore.Go somewhere else for your food unless you want a side of mannerless impolitenes with you taco to ruin your day.

Night shift crew is wack. The guy taking in the orders seems to be in a hurry and the food is beyond tiny. More than usualLast time I went in the afternoon my Crunchwrap was smaller than my hand. I know shrinkflation is a thing but damn! I remember when they were bigger than this and costed way less

Drive through order. I ordered 3 meals. Over $32.00. My order, taco pizza combo with the 2 crunchy taco supreme. They put 2 regular soft tacos, the taco pizza I spit out because it tasted & smelled rancid (either the tortillas are previously fried & they are old or the oil was not changed & it smelled rancid). Pist off. I paid & got the worst tasting gross rancid food that ended up in my garbage. This is not the 1st or 2nd time this happened. I never write bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I throw my money in the garbage with beyond subpar food. Done with Taco Bell. Can’t do it anymore. Sorry. Not sorry.

Yeah nah buddy did not feel like working tonight through the drive through. Was very un-enthusiastic to take the order and although my husband was clear with what he wanted he proceeds to put in w.e order. Hopefully he has a better day tomorrow but tonight wasn't it.

Thin Cashier with black hair and glasses is so rude. I placed an order through the app and she refused to give it to me through the drive thru. I've never had this issue before. I drive up to the window and she taps her nails and goes yes with an attitude so ok, I come through the lobby and she puts the cups on the counter and says for your drinks. The food wasn't prepared right and an item was missing. Horrible experience. The bewildered look on her face, you'd think I was requesting something out of the norm.
