TGI FRIDAYS AT THE FALLS, Wednesday 08/14/19 5:07pm. I order appetizers cheesesticks potato skin and wings. Wings were hard like jerky and potato skin and cheesesticks taste like just came out of the fridge. My son order a burger, bun fallen apart meat dry and I order the meal of two meats and two sides, rice heated on microwave was all rubbery ribs looks good but doesn't taste good salmon and mashed potato were alright. Overall wont come back never.

The food and Mojito were good, Antwan provided excellent service but that place is a darn sauna! How can you expect customers to enjoy their meal in the sweltering heat? The poor employees are running around and look like a sweaty mess! The place smells moldy and I felt dizzy! Fix it Friday’s!

I haven't been here in a looong time! I ended up going due to a friends suggestion and was pleasantly surprised. My Mojito was awesome! The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was good! And our server Antwan was awesome and friendly! So why only two stars? The A/C appeared to be broken and it was uncomfortably hot in there. I don't understand how a large chain like Friday's can expect their customers to eat in a sauna. A/C is a necessity in FL and the lack of A/C caused the place to smell moldy. I won't be back until this issue is addressed, as it got to the point where I started to feel faint! Skip the alcoholic beverages if you decide to dine here!

Friday's on a Friday...this is what we fought for in Lexington & Concord. Came for a late lunch, and gladly found the place half full. Even during these lull hours, the kitchen was still turning out some great food. Had the center cut sirloin, much more tender than I expected and the mashed potatoes were about the best you can get anywhere. You come to chain restaurants for dependability and I was surprisingly overwhelmed with the quality of food and quality of service.

Saved my 1/2 rack of ribs for home. They were terrible. If I would’ve tried them at the table I would’ve turned them back. Very tough.

Dont waste your calories . . . Service is great, food is awful. They need to close for month and reopen with new trained kitchen and bar staff. People oriented that bring back the true friday´s. Hope it doenst go the route of Bennigans.

Went for lunch with my coworker today. Bucket of bones was awesome as was our spinach dip. The food came out quick and was fresh! Our waitress Megan was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. Will be back again!

The bar tender was the sweetest. I could tell she was tired, despite that she was attentive. Her service was great and the food came out a decent amount of time. We went before our movie and after. Had a poor experience before at this TGI when I was seated but the bar will be the best spot if it is just you a friend.

One of my favorite Friday's in Miami. Alejandro really took care of my grandma and I. Great service and always made sure to check up on us. Best part was he took the time to help my grandma review the menu and choose what she wanted. Will definitely be back again soon!
George and Glenn was awesome at TGIF!!! This is the first TGI that the food was great the waiter was super awesome the kitchen manager was great as well!! We had a great tome the kids enjoyed and we definitely definitely will be back!! Great service is hard to come by in this day and age, so I greatly appreciate it!!
