2022: It looks like Thatch has re-branded into Sour Seed Bagels and changed their menu entirely. I miss the tasty vegan italian dishes, but do appreciate these inventive bagels with an option for half orders! Super friendly staff which is always nice and I especially enjoy their incredibly fresh juices and crunchy house-made kale chips. Unfortunately I'm gluten intolerant, so I haven't tried their bagels, but I appreciate that they have lots of other things!

I’ll start off by saying Sour Seed is definitely a top contender for one of the top bagels in the greater Miami area. The location is aesthetically beautiful and the flavors are surprisingly nuanced for open-faced bagel sandwiches. However, I can’t see myself justify the price to keep it on my consistent rotation, which is why I docked it a star.
