Business is closed - food was great but they didn't do delivery apps. Also bagels were extremely expensive.

Disclaimer: I'm from NY and definitely have strong feelings about bagels. Had to try out the new bagel spot and I hate to do this, but only 1 star for the "bagels". They were soooooo crunchy and no fluffy insides. They were essentially round overly toasted bread. We got everything bagels, which were super well coated in everything seasoning but, because they were so toasted there was this burnt flavor and barely any cream cheese. The prices were insane for 2 everything bagels and cream cheese. I know not every bagel can be a NY style bagel and that's ok... but this was truly disappointing.

Was really excited to try this, but unfortunately was not good. Gets a 2nd star because the service was 5/5 and the lady who took care of us was an absolute all star and super sweet. However, the food was 1/5 for the price. The bagel was extremely stale and was very difficult to even bite into or take a piece off. Chewing it was tough because of how stale it was.

2022: It looks like Thatch has re-branded into Sour Seed Bagels and changed their menu entirely. I miss the tasty vegan italian dishes, but do appreciate these inventive bagels with an option for half orders! The avocado toast was the perfect way to get some healthy fats in while enjoying different flavors: pickled onion, radishes, chili flakes . The salmon lox was a solid option as well, and the sweet and salty (fruit) bagel was ideal to close out the meal with something on the sweet side. IG: @miamicheatdays for more recommendations

Super friendly staff which is always nice and I especially enjoy their incredibly fresh juices and crunchy house-made kale chips. Unfortunately I'm gluten intolerant, so I haven't tried their bagels, but I appreciate that they have lots of other things!

I’ll start off by saying Sour Seed is definitely a top contender for one of the top bagels in the greater Miami area. The location is aesthetically beautiful and the flavors are surprisingly nuanced for open-faced bagel sandwiches. However, I can’t see myself justify the price to keep it on my consistent rotation, which is why I docked it a star. The spot serves as a great place to catch up with some friends, or go on a coffee date. I would definitely visit again as a treat once in a while.

These are the best bagels in Miami!! Super light and airy with so much flavor! The truffle cream cheese is incredible and vegan. I love this place so much and the staff is super friendly. Don't go anywhere else for bagels. Come here and you'll be amazed!

I want to like this place more, but it is very inconsistent. This place has changed the "theme" of the restaurant several times in a few months. It used to be thatch a vegan spot, then another really good vegan place, not sure what happened, but now it's an ok pricey bagel shop. The smoothies don't taste as good, and they are raising the prices almost every week it seems, they also charge a service charge for togo and ask for a tip on top of it, making a smoothie $18 or more. Used to have of a ton of better, more unique things to eat. I miss when this used to be a more healthy spot

This is the best bagel I have ever had before and I'm from NYC. I've eaten 100s of bagels, maybe thousands. The Calabrian chili lemon cream cheese is to die for and the fresh bagels are perfection. I also wanted to add great, strong coffee for a pick me up with house-made date almond milk.

So yummy. Best bagels in miami. I'm from nyc and I know good bagels. Highly recommend. Not sure about their drinks but the coffee wasn't to my liking. But the bagels are stellar.

Absolutely amazing!! The bagels are so fresh and delicious. I got the smoked salmon with cream cheese and it was phenomenal. All the ingredients are extremely fresh! The shop itself is adorable and the employees are so professional and kind. 10/10!!!

New favorite bagel shop. The Egg salad on everything was outstanding. The Calabrian chili spread was a knockout surprise. It brought the heat in a great way!

Best bagels in Miami. Sourdough with a crunchy exterior and incredible toppings -- quality is worth the price!
