We were kind of concerned about eating in a hotel restaurant, but this was pleasantly surprised. The prices were not outrageous and the food was plentiful and very good!!

This review is specific to the Lounge bar. In town for a conference and decided to check it out. Our bartender Coley was absolutely amazing! She was so nice and friendly to talk with. She made off-menu drinks on the spot based on flavor profiles we asked for, and completely nailed it. Totally worth it!

My girlfriend and I went to the breakfast buffet, for $30 per person. It looked and smelled good from a distance. The best part was the omelet, and it was ok. The rest of the food was cold, pancakes were so rubbery I could not cut them with my knife. I have been to multiple buffets around the world and at Hilton Hotels, and for the price I paid for this one was not worth it. The free continental breakfast was better. I didn't even want to go back for seconds. This is supposed to be the best and it was at a sub-par level and the service was okay, considering I served myself. Save your money, go eat outside of the hotel. You will appreciate it later. It is way overpriced in the hotel.

Very noisy atmosphere in the evening. Service was friendly but slow. The food was mediocre. It was warm at best like it had been sitting for a while before it made its way to us. And the prices? ? I know it's a hotel and that automatically means more expensive but a $15 grilled cheese sandwich? I don't think so.

The service was fantastic, the food was okay I had the Beyond burger which was not the best I've had but not the worst either. I do recommend the vegetable sushi it was fairly good. For a convenient bite, this will do.

We have had a great time here at Hilton but we made a mistake eating at sandcastles. Our bill was 187.00 and it was bad. We bought three sushi rolls and they were really bad, sour like lime juice in the rice or something. We had one Philadelphia, pink lady, and I don’t remember the third. My wife got the platter and it was really terrible, tons of flour batter on fish. Our waitress was okay but it was soooooo disappointing.

One server working every table, took us over two hours to eat and get out of here, which was disappointing at a resort. Definitely a waste of time for our last night here.

A very nice hotel restaurant with made to order omelettes or waffles. They also have an a la carte menu. Breakfast pastries are made on site and absolutely delicious. A great selection of food but not atypical of what you’d find at any Doubletree or Embassy Suites but for double the price here.
Sandcastle at night serves sushi! I loved the Spider roll. My parents shared the seafood platter. My husband enjoyed the Cuban sandwich. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was again good, but not amazing. For the price 28 per person, I believe it should be amazing. Our server brought our check after only 20 minutes. I had ask for refills of the coffee.I am accustomed to Hilton having exceptional service.

Floridian 75 drink was good and the nachos were good AFTER I asked for a side of nacho cheese because there wasn’t any cheese on them. The fries were good too. That brought the rating to two stars. The fried shrimp, grouper and hush puppies were burned and it was obvious the oil they are using is old. We got a tiny piece of corn on the cob and it did not taste good. Really disappointing because we were looking forward to the shrimp and chips. We will definitely not return. Our waitress was very nice.

It was an okay experience. Their gluten free selection was limited. The shrimp cocktail we got was cold compared to the night before we had it warmed up. It was pretty good. The poke bowl was amazing. Absolutely filling.

While the service was excellent, the menu after 9pm is very limited and way overpriced. It's inside the Hilton so there's quite a walk from available parking as well.

Yummy breakfast food. Food was all good. There is something for everyone. We especially liked the waffles, omelets, and pastries. Everything was clean, and the staff was very nice. Good value for your money!
