I went to subway on December 17 2023 and I got my tuna sub and I order a footlong and they said they were out of tuna and then I was ordering a Philly and they said I was to over wait for anything and they recommended a salad but I ordered a pizza instead to aggravate them

Just got a 6 inch veggie sub from here and they really skimped on the filling. Got everything on it except the pickles I get the same exact sub from the Madison location on a regular basis and they put enough veggies that they actually spill out of the sandwich. This location hardly put any at all.

Del is the nasty person ever as I’m eat man takes shoes and scratching his feet and as well acting like I sat next to him when he has his own doesn’t need a spot inside of subway as pictures are showing

Went for lunch, go to buy the 6 inch tuna sub, the store manager while making the sub, looked me in the eye after putting two small scoops of tuna on it and says. “ would you like another scoop of tuna? it’s going to be a $.75 up charge” I have been going to various subways for decades and never been asked to pay for an extra scoop of tuna. Ever. I am thinking to myself “I’m paying close to seven dollars for a 6 inch sub, and this person is trying to charge me $.75 more”? .? When I go to other subways, I get great portions for the price and that’s what keeps me coming back. Then to kick it all off, the sub later made me sick. Going to be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

Good for what it is. The staff did a good job and my sandwich was tasty, and did not take them too long to make it. Subway generally gets three stars from me but the friendly and efficient staff earn another one

my bf went to pick up my salad, he gets there and they don't have it ready then he brings it home and there's barley any lettuce just sloppily thrown together

Terrible customer service! Placed online order for a Saturday evening showed up at required time and no one was there, they were closed. Called the next morning and absolutely no apology from the supervisor. Disgusting customer service. Will never spend money here again!

Everyone was nice and place was clean. They are struggling for supplies. I hope management provides. It's hard to eat subway with no bread. It got that bad. Step up management... Please and thank you.
