For me Customer service is a must when it comes to Costo....i have to say, they are one of the best. When it comes to returns or looking for items at the store etc. Living up north and coming here is a fresh air.
I know that people more often review businesses when they are unhappy so I wanted to share an experience that was at the top of customer service. I have been a Costco member for over 10 years. I first want to congratulate them on being one of the first stores to require masks for everyone's safety. I ordered a 13 piece cookware set (only On Sale from Costco.com) knowing that if it wasn't what I expected I could return it to the store. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted...read full review

Costco is always clean with a friendly staff. They have worked extremely hard during the pandemic ensuring all the carts were disinfected and they kept everything in an orderly fashion. I felt safe going into this Costco except for the few patrons that didn't want to wear their mask during the height of the pandemic. I watch the Costco employees play mask police which they shouldn't of had to but I'm glad they did.
