Really disappointing. Service spotty. Food only ok- stir fry not hot, light on tofu, fish dish barely edible. Annoying alarm beeping throughout dinner. Staff didn't silence it. Too many other good restaurants in Naples to settle for this one.

dry chicken is the Massaman curry was a huge disappointment. took out and the person who took my take out order asked for a tip. this is happening more but pretty nervy when I am taking out. on top of it all, it was not good curry and tasted like old, dried out chicken. not likely to ever go back.

Our bill came to $60 and change (take out) According to my Bank, I was actually charged $110. The charge came up at the Bank as mere "sushi."-- quite sketchy. I have to go to my Bank to file a special form for fraud. The internet indicated that the next step was to contact the non-emergency Police and file a report, but they hung up on me. I called back and they then advised me to go to the restaurant and ask for a refund. I don't want to talk to someone who just ripped me off. The police said if I wanted to I could go to court for $50, quite an absurd suggestion. I can see why some restaurants do this-- there's obviously no legal accountability. I have not gone to the Bank yet so I don't know how it will end. I felt writing this review would be the best penalty I could conjure.

Good food …most of the time…but got food poisoning from poke bowl. It was a delivery order and when I called and told the restauraunt (wanted to inform them so no one else would get sick from the toxins in the food that night) they said a manager would call back and I never got a call back.Also, it’s terrible to order Uber Eats from here. There’s no place for comments, and there are dishes that can be cooked multiple ways (like the fish that says in the description can be “grilled or fried”) but there’s no where to SELECT “grilled” or “fried” therefore, you have to call the restaurant after doing the Uber Eats order, otherwise it’s left up to chance and you’re left wondering whether you’ll get a grilled or fried?! this can be a major issue if you have food allergies. Twice we ordered the filete de pescado and it was delivered fried even though I called (since no where to add comments) and told them grilled

I'm not sure where to start. I'm not sure I've ever ordered a meal, then walked out of a restaurant before it arrived at my table before. But I did last night (12/28) at Komoon on Pine Ridge. I've been there multiple times for both carry out and dining in, and usually had a good experience. Yesterday my wife and I arrived at 8 PM. Few people in the place, but not too busy. It took awhile for someone to come over and take our order. We ordered a sushi roll (her) and a grilled Peruvian fish dish (me), and an order of spring rolls to start. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Our waitress ignored us. We never got our spring rolls. Finally after like 30 minutes in frustration my wife called the waitress over and asked, "Is there a problem?". She explains in broken English that my fish dish was done, but we were waiting on the sushi to be completed. Well, that isn't ideal since my hot meal is now getting cold while they finish hers. But no matter, we shrugged it off and continued to wait. And wait. And wait. She never brought our spring rolls (we asked for those again when we called her over the first time). No apologies, no "these spring rolls are on us", no "have a drink on us". In the meantime, at least one Uber Eats driver stormed out of the place after waiting for an eternity for his order. We finally announced to her that we wouldn't wait any longer, and just picked up and left. We must have wasted 45 minutes there and never got a single bite to eat. I hope this was a one-night thing with Komoon, because in the past the food has been good and the service much better. But it's going to take an act of faith for me to go back. Order from Komoon all the time.This order was awful.Chicken wraps: inedible. Too salty and more than 50% was onions. Change name to onion wraps. Went in the trash.Fried rice: too salty, went right in the trash.Rainbow Roll: tuna was brown! I couldn’t risk eating it…that end of the roll went in the trash. Brown tuna in picChicken Satay: good as usualFried Thai spring rolls: goodUber Eats menus are all messed up…different prices at each store, meat options not available to select on fried rice.I can’t possibly recommend them after this terrible meal.
