As a true sushi connoisseur, I have tasted tuna in person at the Tsukiji Fish Market, dined in Tokyo, Kyoto, New York and San Francisco and can say with confidence that Benny’s amazing Yamasaki is among the beat sushi restaurants I have had the pleasure of dining in. They fly the sushi direct from Japan and you can truly taste the difference. I cannot recommend highly enough.
The food is delicious. We ordered a very large takeout for a party we were having. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They marked the sauces and sushi. The presentation was lovely. Everyone loved the fresh fish.

Yamasaki Modern Sushi is an upscale and wonderful restaurant, offering a warm, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere, though it can be extremely loud. The food is absolutely outstanding, pretty good, and delicious, featuring fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and perfectly balanced flavors. They use wonderful Japanese-caught fish and fly sushi direct from Japan, which you can truly taste. Specific highlights include the amazing Aji. The chefs are master chefs who put real passion into their work.
The service is excellent, attentive, and friendly, with staff offering miso or salad if the wait for food is long. It is considered among the best sushi restaurants, comparable to those in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Kyoto, New York, and San Francisco. It is highly recommended for a memorable night out or a celebration. However, note that they sometimes run out of hot green tea.
