To those stating that this is not authentic, you’re showing your ignorance on a public forum and I’m embarrassed for you. All but two employees are Thai or Cambodian, the owner (who is the same as always…the location moved, it did not change ownership) is Thai. I lived in Thailand and while some ingredients are hard to come by in the US the food is quite authentic. The staff is courteous, though they rightfully don’t stand for abuse from ill mannered customers. As for spice level complaints, (whining that the food was bland, etc…) you select your preferred spice level. That’s on you. The “salty brown liquid” was probably fish sauce based, which is a common ingredient in Thai food. Perhaps those griping simply don’t like authentic Thai food but wanted to create a facade of worldliness by pretending to know what they are on about. If that’s the case, no need to write nasty, ill-informed reviews in an effort to harm a small business, just go eat at one of the many derivative Italian or American restaurants in town so you don’t have to be inconvenienced by your own self-exposure to a cuisine you clearly don’t have the palate for. By the way, to the chicken spring roll reviewer…they don’t have those on the menu. Seriously people, get a life.

My favorite place of our whole trip! Daytona area seems to suffer from flavorless food, and as a result we were really disappointed in most places we went. Thai Mango offered delicious, flavorful food. We both ordered a shrimp noodle dish, one spicy and one not. Both were great. The thai tea was so good that I had to order another to go. The only thing I'd change is for the shrimp in the pasta to have the tails removed. It's a bit of a challenge to remove them when your food is saucy.

The food and service was very good. Very clean. Love the spring rolls and the pad thai thai hot. Up dated menu, don’t know how they turned sideways and upside down.
The food temperature was off. The spring rolls were cool in the middle and warm on the outside, the seafood delight was barely warm and the seafood tasted old, gritty and cold. The broth was bland. I think this is the worst Thai food that I've ever eaten.

I am so glad we decided to try this restaurant! The food was amazing! Started with stuffed fried mushrooms. AMAZING! They were the most wonderful appetizer I have ever had! Jasmine fried rice was spectacular and the Pad Thai! So Yummy. Service was impeccable. Can't wait to go again!

I absolutely love Thai food. Actually my favorite food. My boyfriend however is not very experienced with Thai food so he surprised me and took me to Thai Mango. Well... this would be our one and only time there. The chicken satay was great, good flavor. However I've never in my life had peanut sauce like this. It was strange, literally was peanut butter placed in oil and popped in the microwave. Not tasty whatsoever. It was actually hardly edible. I asked for some chili oil and the server had no idea what I was talking about. So I told her what it was and she brought me back fish sauce and a side of chili Sriracha. At this point I said thank you and looked at my boyfriend and said she must be new and smiled. Our food then came out. Mine looked real different then what I was used to but I was like maybe it different here. I tasted it and it wasn't bad but it wasn't at all what I ordered. I ordered curry snapper. I asked another lady what this dish was. She said sweet and sour snapper. I said oh, she then asked if everything was ok. I then told her I ordered the curry snapper. They apologized and took the food back and made me a new plate. Needless to say I told my boyfriend to go ahead and eat his food. No reason for his to go cold. He offered me some and I took a bite. Wasn't great at all. My curry snapper finally arrived. No real spice or flavor at all and the fish was pretty fishy. They didn't even bring warm rice. Just the cold rice I had from the wrong meal. At this point I just wanted to box it up for the dogs and get our check. Well we got our check and they forgot to add the second beer on our slip and I said well maybe it's for the inconvenience... nope... the server came back to us after she ran the card and told us she forgot to add the beer and ran the card again. Needless to say, food wasn't great at all and service was a 2/10. No need to ever go back and try anything else or even recommend it to our friends.
