The foo was not that good. But the sweet and sour food was good and the rice was also good. I would say it's like gas station Chinese food. You can eat it but it's not terrible but it's not good

The food had no flavor. The rice was mushy!! The meat was all fat. The crab ragoons was burnt and the sauce that came with it wasn’t enough to dip to cover the burnt. Picking up they was friendly. Not worth what we paid and we won’t be back.

Absolutely the worst meal yet. We use to go to the resteraunt every week to twice a week. This LAST trip we ordered 2 orders of sweet and sour shrimp that was cooked in old oil.burnt and greasy. The 2 orders of honey chicken were just chicken fingers no sauce. Called store and the lady argued with us that we were wrong.

Ordered take-out as we always do when we visit this area of Florida and we were so Disappointed in the quality of the food (chicken was like leather) and the amount of food you actually received for the money!!Our order is normally around $36.00We went there on a Monday and they charged my card $50 and offered no receipt?I would honestly not Recommend or will I ever get taken advantage of by this restaurant ever again!!Consumers BewareGet a Receipt and check it twice if you Decide for some unknown reason to be forced to eat there!!

We get food here a lot. Food has always been okay, never horrible. This time however the rice in all the dishes was very undercooked. Almost raw rice. Very sad this place is close to our house and the quality just keeps going downhill. I wish they would pay more attention to the quality of the dish instead of the amount of dishes they push out the door.

Always the best Chinese take out. No one does it better been going here for years and haven't found anywhere take out wise that's better than this in cape or Fort Myers, this is the best take out around. Service is always great and food is always ready fast and delicious. They never disappoint and the workers are so sweet and polite.

Maybe 6 months ago or so my FAVORITE local Chinese place sold out and literally ONE bite was all it took for me to decide I’ll never go back there. So tonight I was dying for some Chinese food and went to google to find the other nearby places. After reading several reviews I decided to give Great Wall a try and I am glad I did! Eating one of their tasty krab rangoons as I type up the review!
Didn't get to order at all. Sign says open at 11am on Fridays. Stood at for for 15 minutes, they looked at me but ignored my presents.

Went out of my way to try this place out got there at 11:10 on a Wednesday and they were closed despite door and online saying they open at 11. Guess I won’t be trying this place out .

Great tasting take out food, good prices, daily lunch specials. My go-to restaurant for a quick meal. Looks like a hole in the wall restaurant in a Publix anchor strip mall HOWEVER the Chinese food selections are delicious and have healthy options. Three and a half years ago when I moved here the food was great, but NOT anymore. Only Chinese food place around where I live, so every few months I try it again thinking that surely by now they've figured out the multiple problems and gone back to their old ways, perhaps with a better cook. Unfortunately it's time to call it quits for good! Four times in a row (over an almost 2 year period of time) the food is still terrible! The shredded beef and green beans: beans were undercooked even though they are supposed to be crispy, and the "beef" didn't have the taste or texture of meat at all. Spring rolls: Outside was crispy (obviously not freshly fried because they had pan burn marks on them) but the filling tasted of fishy-tasting mashed potatoes--Truly! Dumplings: The wrapper was right but the filling seemed to be gristle and something else the same color but unidentifiable. Sesame Chicken: "chicken" was definitely not fresh chicken, perhaps it was a composite of chicken parts, and the coating was tough and chewy. House Special Rice: Had scant seafood or any other protein, and surprisingly was rather tasteless. How on earth can they mess up the fried rice? I am sad and disappointed to have to write such a scathing review. I usually want to give a restaurant the benefit of doubt once, maybe twice, but this formerly good restaurant has fallen so far from what it used to be I can NOT in good conscience recommend or even bear to eat there again. Chinese food is traditionally not cheap, and for good reason, it is traditionally made of fresh, good quality ingredients. Great Wall at the Shoppes on Del Prado is not at this point what even Americans expect of Chinese food, but they continue to charge for it as if it is. Really disappointing!

They don't open as advertised, they open when they want to. Although the door and menu say 11am, sometimes they open at 1130, 1200 even 1pm with staff inside they lock door and ignore ALL the customers waiting outside. They don't even answer their phone. Terrible business practices and rude.
