I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this pizza place. Despite repeatedly requesting and paying extra for additional sauce, my order arrived without it every single time. This oversight not only affected the flavor of the pizza but also made me question the attention to customer requests. It’s frustrating to pay for something that you never receive. I hope the restaurant improves its order accuracy and customer service in the future.
The Works pizza was good. The Hawaiian was sub par (lacked flavor and zest). Probably wait to order from here

Ordered a large pizza and the twix bites ill start with the pizza i ordered it with jalapeños like i do most times i get pizza i dont know if whoever was making it just didnt agree with jalapeños on pizza but they literally put a whole layer of jalapeños on the pizza so much that i pulled 18 slices of jalapeños off just 1 slice of pizza! and they tried to hide it by putting the cheese on top of everything im also pretty sure they dumped jalapeño juice on it as well and they're was barely any of the other toppings i asked for on the pizza i took a few bites and the rest of the pizza went in the trash i figured maybe the twix bites could make up for it but nope! Im not sure if the maker put his pubic hairs all over it or just dropped it on the floor and put it back in the box because it had more hair than my cat on it. I threw everything away. I even tipped the driver 20%!! But anyways i just ordered dominos and it was 1000 times better and way cheaper. Papa johns used to be my favorite but will never order from here again.

This particular day I stopped by and placed my order for carryout. Internet was Willy Wonka that day. I walked in and it was abnormally hot in there. Poor guy by himself. Cheeks getting red. ? ♨️ I made a phone call to customer svc#. It's a franchise. I don't care. I called and complained. IF he was by himself and passed out , that's not right. Bad experience….The manager was as rude as he could possibly be. His name was Austin and he was super disrespectful, rude and over the top when speaking to me and In a condescending, sarcastic and disrespectful tone. Austin is literally the worst and I do not know how he even got that manager position you should be fired.

Made a 70$ order for dinner my food got delivered to wrong house and the person at papa johns had a attitude because I wanted my money back it was right when they closed and they couldn’t even contact delivery driver I will never order anything from them
It's a Papa John's. I mean, one of the better chain pizza places depending on what style of pizza you prefer. Staff was polite and professional, my order was correct and available to pick up on time. I mean, what more can you ask for with a corporate chain?

What happened Papa? Yikes used to be a decent place for what it is. Quit ordering there but recently tried twice. Don't advertise delivery if you can't get a driver to deliver and what happened to your pizza? Hope it's only this location for your sake. Thank God for the weird looking little cartoon guy moving down here to make your fast food pizza experience decent again.

I ordered the doritos cool ranch papadita 6 days ago. I could only take a few bites before something felt off. it's now been 6 days and I am still unable to make anything stay down. completely ruined my stomach. 10/10 do not recommend.
