I work in the plaza next to whole food so for lunch I usually get lunch from them. But everything on the Hot Bar is nasty. I have tried almost all the food to keep giving them a chance thinking maybe today is not their day. All the rice is under cooked and tasteless. Nothing is ever fresh. You guys should really do better

This is the first time I've tried this coffee shop and it's worth trying. Their service is so fast and worth sharing. The workers are also kind and attentive. I'd come over and recommend it to friends again.

A few months ago I started shopping at this location, the employees are very friendly and there are a lot of healthy options. My shopping experience today was awesome, regardless of the situation we are experiencing, the employees were attentive and professional. I found the store very well organized, shelves were full and I was happy to see a wide variety of fruits and veggies. If you buy the not organic items you still find products that have an excellent quality comparing to buying in some other markets were the items are not processed in a timely matter considering the rotation, the right temperature or just not handled correctly. My tip is always try to buy the fruits of the season. You get something fresh and you help your local farmers. If you feel like staying in, you can always try to replicate your favorite dish, besides food taste better when the ingredients are natural and fresh. I have been looking for ice cream this past 3 weeks and today.... I finally found the flavor I like. I've never try this brand but I like that the whole pint has only 280 calories and I can pronounce all the ingredients listed on it!!! The employees told me that they are not allowed to use the costumer's bags which is understandable. I was helped by two young ladies who were very nice and helpful. I'm really glad supermarkets are doing everything they can to maintain their establishments clean, and safe for everyone. Another tip: You get tons of discounts and perks oif you are a member of amazon prime. I'm not a big fun of bread unless if is fresh from a bakery but.... Have you try the bread on the picture???

Although they don't have corn puffs, which is important for making Rice Krispies, I will give them four stars. Sure they have marshmallow, but we all know that real Krispy goodness comes from the proper (yes, proper) cereal rice flakes. Wheat flakes, pea flakes, corn flakes, ALL OF IT. But no damn good rice cakes. Don't let organic produce take over America, America. Still a great Whole Foods, love it. Get the cannolis, they're my favorite. *please Whole Foods if you're listening I will change to five stars if you add the rice flakes.

The fresh seafood section here is sketchy. You ask for something they go to the back and bring it to you very quickly, as if it's been packaged in the beginning of the day. Some of our filets have smelled very fishy, as if old or frozen then thawed.
Not sure why this Whole Foods has a low rating because I'm here once a week and every product I have purchased has always been great And good quality (produce, meats, dairy, wine, hot bar, salad bar, desserts, juice bar, etc etc). Every employee I have spoken to has always been very helpful as well.

Earl provided us with the best service I have experienced in Whole Foods! We were checking out through the self check out. He greeted us, saw that we were buying ice cream and ran to the back to get us a bag of ice so the ice cream wouldn't melt on our drive home. That small gesture meant a lot. Horrible !!!! Disappointed .......what has happened with Wholefoods???? No garlic ? No iceberg lettuce? No LURPAK butter Since Amazon bought them they don't carry the basic and our favorite butter - now they don't carry Hagen Daz ice cream!!! It's a disaster ..... All shelves half empty no refills looks terrible so bad Terrible it's gone downhill!!' Publix is 100% better

I shop 2x a week at this Whole Foods. Sometimes more often. It is definitely the staple where of most of my grocery shopping for my family is done. Today I was helped by Joshua. I have never seen him at the store before- and it was the first time I have ever felt mistreated here. He was immediately extremely rude and unpleasant. I needed help with something in the customer service line and while I stepped away to toss something in the garbage, my husband heard him and his coworker commenting that I was stupid and inconveniencing them. Seriously? Do your job in the CUSTOMER SERVICE line, assist the customer, and keep your comments to yourself. I hope that Whole Foods can offer some training to this individual because even the basics were completely missed here.
