Just perfect!We went to try this place based on the reviews and I have to say that it was one of the best choices in Florida. From the moment we opened the door to enter the place until we left we enjoyed every minute.We ordered 3 types of sushi Arigatai Fuego Roll, Evi Roll and Tsunami Roll. All 3 were very TOP, a mix of textures and flavors that are worth trying.As for the service, it was equal to or better than the food. Ricardo, who served us, was very kind and helpful, always attentive, attentive and without overwhelming us, we just knew he was there but without overwhelming us. Thanks Richard! This type of customer service makes people want to return to places.The atmosphere is also spectacular, background music with the right volume, everything clean and well placed, beautiful decoration, in short, this place deserves not 5 but 10 stars.100% recommended. Unmissable gastronomic experience if you are in Miami. Our waitress Nathalie served us excellently! He recommended the dishes very well and was very kind in explaining to us the content of each piece of sushi. One dish richer than the other, truly an explosion of flavors. ✨

I experienced a clear lack of integrity in communication. I specifically asked my server to make sure to lightly tempura the volcano roll. He assured me he passed message to kitchen. He was super nice and bubbly. Of course, it came out grossly overdone and not to my liking at all. He was like, "oh , I told them - I don't know what happened". Sure dude - you should have offered to take it back and fix the issue. Or perhaps you didn't even pass the message. This place has a sign on door that they need to hire all positions. Red flag? So I let it slide..it was the WORST tempura I had. Clearly they don't give a hoot about your requests. I won't be back.
