I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered Thanksgiving dinner from them a day in advance for my homebound mother and they canceled order just as it was supposed to be delivered and it was confirmed - this happened as well 2 years ago. Never again this is a poorly managed location Biscayne Blvd and as a company- totally unacceptable lack of commitment to their customers.The question is why are you still in business? Your food is mediocre at best. If it wasn’t for my mother who is 86 I would have never gave you a thought and won’t again - hope a Chik filet takes your place

Stopped by to pick up some quick eats. The server was fast and accommodating. The dining section was empty. My food was to go anyway, and I didn't come in for the company. The food was great full of flavor. I like the food so much. I went back 3 days later, and it was close. I'm not sure if it wast temporarily or permanently ?.
Your sign says you close at 8pm. You even have a hand written sign telling people you close at 8pm, so why am I pulling up at 7:45pm and you all have BEEN shut down. Lights off, no employees inside...nothing? That means you closed up well before I even pulled up.

Terrible, run down, forgotten restaurant... the display of food was half empty and looked old... the employees were busy talking amongst themselves about personal life issues and not being attentive to customers.... I just walked out.
I especially went for their cream spinach and cornbread. Looks like they changed the spinach it's not as creamy and good as other one and corn bread was hard and dry.

Came in for a quick linch @12:46 pm Monday first I got to say that the display looks sad to say the least all food looks reheated and in small batches max and cheese is dry rice is para boiled and probably from yesterday from the looks of it the cornbread is so hard I had to crumble it on the Mac and rice the meatloaf tastes ok but the portions are minúsculas I wish I could post a pic of my lunch ….. reminds me of that one week I spent in jail for a fight ……..what is going on with these good restaurants??? Is it the staff ?? I mean I had a similar experience not long ago in burgerfi I hope their bosses come up with some kind of strategy or something cause it’s bad

I know it's a chain place but dry chicken and flavorless sweet potatoes when there's limited sides is unforgivable. The mac and cheese was tasty though.
