really good chinese food. i had the fried rice and lo mein with chicken wings and homey chicken and it was really good. in comparison to nearby chinese restaurants, this is the best by far. and nice staff also very helpful

Food is good,Portions and price are also good.But they are so aggressive on the phone, little manners.Favorite dish is the general tao chicken and the barbeque ribs are succulent and ample. My least favorite are pepper steak and chicken with broccoli.

Chen's Chinese Food isn't the same anymore, it's horrendous now. I haven't been to Chen's in a while but from what I remembered the food was good. As of Wednesday, July 12, 2023, I can tell you the food is awful. I call in my order for 25 minutes, I arrive 40 minutes, & he told me he cancel the order (Red Flag 1). Reorder the Dinner L with 4 egg rolls. He told the cook that the order he just cancels is his, then proceed to tell the cook "They are always late" in Spanish. He saw the look on my face, then he said he was sorry about the mix-up but people don't pick up their orders (Red Flag 2). The order was up after 13 minutes (Red Flag 3). The ham-fired rice, egg rolls, & Shrimp was all overcooked.
