Sign at the door says they’re open until 9pm. UNFORTUNATELY, that is NOT true. I got there at 8:20 & the door was locked and an associate said they were closed. Very upsetting, i tried my best to make it before 9pm and i luckily did make it but they closed before their actual closing time. Not good for business.

The customer service is lacking. I understand that the staff is busy taking and making orders however bad service should not be the consequence to the customer. The price on the board in the restaurant is not the price you pay if you use a credit card. There is a sign at the register but it's not clear that the price is different. When I tried to asked the lady in the front about the difference on my receipt she obviously was too busy to stand still and answer my question. First and last time I will be going to this place. Which is a shame because the juices are made fresh and really good.

I come here very often and i have to say it NEVER dissappoints!!! i always feel so welcome whenever i come here. I have to say the food and drinks are to die for. Everything is so fresh and it shows!! Will def be coming back!

Unfortunately, this business lacks consistency. Today, my salmon burger arrived visibly, burnt. Why the cook would release to a customer is an attempt to pass it off, makes no sense to me. I called it out immediately and politely and they went back to remake it. When the server returned, the salmon burger was not burnt on the outside but this time it was raw on the inside. A raw salmon burger is not what I came for. I immediately asked for a to go box, showed the nice youbg man behind the counter and resorted to leaving hungry and having to re-cook my $13 salmon burger at home. Of it makes it home safely in this 94 degree heat.I have visited many times for this salmon burger and most times it tasted so good! But on a recent visit after driving from very far to get to the restaurant I was told the kitchen had just closed 5 minutes ago ***which was a full hour before the restaurant closes**** and that the owner doesn't allow them to make exceptions. Nice!There's alot of work to be done here. SMH

Every time I come here it’s always something with them. They take forever to get the food out , even when it’s empty. Makes me not want to order from here again. I order online because of the uncomfortable manly stares I get from the food window. They need better management.

This place downgraded big time ! They’re always out of stuff & never have sugar cane like yesterday when I went and many other times . The owner always never at her store either. My wife used to love this place then everything changed. Wanted to come back today but it’s honestly a joke. I hate leaving reviews but I’m very disappointed. Don’t get me started with the cold food when it’s delivered on doordash.

I just bought two bowls, one açaí bowl and one pitaya bowl. The pitaya bowl saids that comeswith mango, and you can see that it’s not true. Also both bowls are not fresh. I wouldn’t come back

The smoothie isn't a smoothie lol. It's warm and watered down. The only person wearing a mask is the cashier. Personally saw the cook breathe all over someone's wrap at the window for a good 3minutes straight. The employee making the drinks doesn't even wear a mask nor gloves. Actually no one does. Don't come here. Oh and bring a straw because they don't do that. They grab the lid and press it on your cup without gloves after touching everything.....Update: For fellow customers/reviewers, as you can see from the "comment", less of a response from the establishment, this business seems not to validate the hygienic situation for the wellbeing for customers by NOT wearing gloves while handling food/drinks or to at least wash/sanitize hands BEFORE placing a sip lid onto your beverage during this pandemic which is still going on. Did we just skip that fact? Paper, wooden, or bamboo straws are all options to help with prevention of passing any illness OTHER than just Covid to those who are immunocompromised IF the establishment is CHOOSING to not pay a little for eco straws for ... the sake of their customers safety? That's should be good enough reason. It's eye opening to know that Starbucks has better food handling service than a 'well known' establishment and better customer service who is able to respond without the need for a personal "comment" on a previous customers review rather than a mature, professional response. FYI any other response from this establishment will only justify this even further. Stay safe.
