What a great time …. This is for sure a neighborhood gem !!!! The place is a great deal of fun for kids, the staff is always professional and attentive, they sell delicious food and great snacks for all ages. Definitely will return every week to get the kids some running and lots of fun.

We saw a video on social media about this place a little while ago and it looked great so we decided to give it a go. First time going there and we didn’t even last an hour before having to head out. The entry price was $20 for only 3 hours which honestly doesn’t seem worth it right off the bat, you can go to other places for a lot less and can basically spend the whole day there.Regardless it was a rainy day and we were already there so we decided to just try it out. Our 16 month old played for a little while in the big play area before we headed to the small baby area. He played for a little while before we realized that there was blood all over the place as you can see from the photos. We checked to make sure and there was blood in so many places, including the ball pit which little babies and toddlers were using and of course putting them in their mouths as babies do. We headed out to inform a staff member and as we were walking out we could see the trail of blood. When I mentioned it to the staff member she told me they already knew and they’d be cleaning it soon. Apparently a child had a nose bleed and the parent didn’t let the staff know, but someone else did. I get accidents happen BUT as soon as the staff members knew about it they should have immediately shut down the area and getting everyone out until it was cleaned and sanitized. But they knew about it and they still let people, most importantly, babies! Continue to play in and around the area.The fact that this was a biohazard and it wasn’t immediately dealt with was a huge red flag. We asked for a refund and left immediatelyI absolutely hate to leave a 1 star review but it was honestly shocking

This is like our second yard. But some careless parents keep their under 2 years old babies in the main area and there could be able to happen an accidental issue with them. They should understand that there is a safe zone for them!!!

I recently has my sons 2nd birthday party there and it was great!!! No complaints. My host was great! The place was clean and nice!There is a height restriction on the play area though. Please beware if you have a very tall kid they won’t be able to play. Regardless of age. We had a very tall 9 year old who was denied the opportunity to play.
