In for breakfast on a Thursday at 9am.Not busy so I could seat myself away from others.Ordered:Meat Lovers Skillet $11.Coffee $2.25.Skillet included:Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Cheese, Onions, Green Peppersand Scrambled Eggs over Home Fried Potatoes .Meats were precooked and dried out.Quantity good but (to me) so many ingredients togetherkilled the overall taste of the dish.As usual, I had to ask for coffee refill.Server never stopped to check to see if everything was OKeven though she served a table close to mine.

New owner trying her best. Diner food. Waitresses good. Could be cleaner, but it's just a diner.

Cold coffee but great diner

Those thin cut ribeye steak is ridiculous. I was almost able to see through the steak. I'm gonna go back for a second time one day and try the T-bone. Hopefully it is better. The rest of my food was good.

The ambiance was family friendly! The young and older waitress and servers were pleasant and attentive! The food was good to tasty style eating. Today ,it reminded me of the old times living at 1322 NW 2nd Ave. OVERTOWN.Miami in the during the 50s-60's. After church, the gathering at usually at ,Granny Ma's house. Now, the truth ,the dancing, the eating and OOPS (little taste on real moonshine)...the children didn't even reliase it was liquor. People of coloured in those days displayed : respect, pride, compassion, style, class and endurance! That was my Happy Easter resurrection day, reflection! I appreciate those shoulders ,I now stand on! Hopefully, I can continue to leave a pathway for my children and others as ,I travel home! Amen...Thanks to the real "Jesus "of the word in motion...Hmm...

This place has quintessential diner food. I've never had dinner there, but plenty of breakfasts and a couple of lunches convince me that they are keeping a style of cooking alive, fortunately. I've had delicious Eggs Benedict, wonderful omelettes, amazing French toast and my favorite, biscuits with sausage gravy. MMmmm, good! Service is friendly and prompt, the menu has enough choices to tantalize without being stupefying, and prices are very reasonable. Masks are worn, booths are separated by clear plastic.
