Customer service is 0 sometimes that’s one of the reason I hate going to to Haitian restaurants they don’t have any customer service with they with my family seat there for 15mints no one come to ask what we need until we get up and go while leaving everyone looking don’t say nothing good is but when it come to customer service 0/0 I hope they do better

A hidden gem in North Miami. I have driven past this place multiple times but decided to stop in to try them. The best decision ever. The food was AMAZING, the portions are good, and the fried turkey was very juicy. No dry pieces and the rice was everything. Highly recommend this place.

Waited for someone to take our order for more than 30 minutes while the staff gossip with their friends

Used to eat there often up until a week and a half ago. Up until then I would have rated some of the food a 3 (edible but not the best that I've had) I went there on a saturday 2 weeks ago to get some bouillon. O boy was I disappointed when I got back home (in ft lauderdale) and finally opened it. I bought 5 smelly fish /turkey bouillon. Not 1 of us could eat it just off the scent alone. The entire house smelled like old left over smelly fish. My mom, son, my grandchildren and I threw it away. A waste of my $$ . They won't see me nor my peeps again. That was maad disrespectful. No warning. What about ppl that don't eat fish? Like seriously

I recently discovered this restaurant through positive reviews from friends and decided to travel from Kendall to experience it firsthand. I must express my satisfaction as it exceeded expectations. Every dish, including the griot, oxtail stew, pate kode, and legume, was impeccably cooked. My personal favorites were the griot and pate kode with fish. Despite the distance, the delectable meals make the drive worthwhile. The affordability of the menu surprised me positively. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, serves excellent authentic Haitian cuisine, and the service staff is respectful. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

My sister ordered some soup from here that was very salty...however their Haitian Patties were pretty good so I decided to go back to get some more. The customer service was TERRIBLE... one of the ladies not knowing if I spoke Creole asked her fellow co workers whether or not I was deaf. This is unfortunate. I grew up with my family expressing how Haitians don't have the best business practices but wanted to show support to my people anyways and they're not beating any of those allegations. Customer service is everything...the food can be mid but if the customer service is great it makes you wanna come back. Their food is just OK but that customer service ....They'll never see my face again. It costs nothing to be kind.
