OMG! Who are the people who work in this place? Relatives of the owner? They are wearing their masks under their nose or chin...every single one of them. Slow as snails. Rude. They should all be fired. The place would be so much more successful if they got rid of every one of them! Unbelievable. The food is good but the place is filthy and the people are horrible! Not to mention hardly any of the customers were wearing masks so the place is a covid cesspool! Please fix this!

I was visiting Miami and really wanted croquetas. This place was recommend. I'm sorry I went there, not only were the croquetas not good, but the service was terrible. The lady wouldn't pay attention to what I wanted. I asked for one thing and she would get something else. Every time she put one thing in my box she would say "is that it" like she was in a hurry and we were the only ones there. Very disappointed.

Tried to order the $6.99 breakfast special. When I said I didn't want the ham or bacon or French fries, the server charged me $11.99 & said it was now al la carte. So by NOT taking any meat or French fries, the price went UP. The uneducated server was unable to make any adjustments to the price, so I demanded a refund and left DO NOT EAT AT THIS PINECREST BAKERY. THEY ARE RUDE, UNEDUCATED AND CERTAINLY NOT INTERESTED UN ANYTHING THAT LOOKS LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Was a terrible place I wasn't even able to order because the people were extremely rude to me. I have an accent and they were so disrespectful. I highly don't recommend this place go somewhere else where someone isn't going to laugh in your face because of how you talk.

When they first opened, they were good. Now, terrible. Food sucks. Customer service is horrible. They hang up the phone on you. Put you on hold and never come back to the line. They're for sure going to close soon. Ordered a club sandwich last week, bread was coke and hard, no turkey, no Mayo. Just plain nasty.

First Time Going And Last Time You Ask for some help You Get Completely Ignore and when finally answer to you and mind you I'm Taking To the Employees In Spanish And The Look At You Like I'm From Out Of Space I Order Some Cheese Pastry They Were Burn I Didn't Return Them Because I Notice When I Open The The Box At Home and don't go to the restroom It looks It Hasn't been clean for couple of Days I went At 12:00 Noon it shouldn't be that dirty

if you're pressed for time don't go to this place., the. employees are too busy chatting their lives away . it took me 20 minutes to get a simple to go order with no one in front of me. to make things worst bread hard a brick and stale coffee . never again will I visit this establishment.

Very dissapointed. I dropped in around 4:00 hoping to find an abundance of fresh, reasonably priced baked goods. Only to find a bunch of stale items that would have done them better thrown out then sold. The ham croquettes were as good as should be expected from a Cuban bakery with a Miami address, but everything else was a let down. I won't be back.

As always had to stop to my favorite Latin bakery and get the breakfast special which is always fresh and on point the service could be a bit more nicer but I guess that how most Americans that don't speak Spanish are treated or maybe I ask to many question about the different choices of baked item idk but the wonderful food makes up for the bad service !!!!

They take insanely long on just making a tostada and bagging croquetas. I had to remind them to start on my order .. What's going on over there? Bakery's are supposed to be quick especially since have the things are already prepared. This is my neighborhood bakery and it sucks because none are in my area, but i have to find a new one. So irritating

This bakery is located near my house and they are making the very best coffee in the area.Cafe con leche is what I order every time and it tastes amazing.If you are looking for a good cup of coffee definitely check out this place. Bakery pastries are pretty good as well.
