I’m 39 years old and I have never been treated so bad by a business owner, I had a store before and believe me I would never loose a client like that without even trying to work out something!!! I tried to make a exchange of a dress I bought online and the dress wasn’t even the same from the website, try to texted the store many times so I could go personally to do the exchange and they would never answer, so I decided to go and after she saw what dress was the one that I was giving back she said she wouldn’t do it because it passed the 15 days store policy she has, but we all know as a owner IF you want to help the customer you can right?! I would give her the dress back and I didn’t even want it the whole refund and told her I want to buy more stuff, I was planning to buy at least 5 pieces more I saw online but she is so rude that she rather loose the client or the sale over a dress that she probably paid less than $25 on wholesale!!!! The quality is cheap!!! All she could say was “sorry this is a small business”… guess what?! Small business and small mind too!!! $$$ is not the problem for me so congratulations on loosing a client!!!!Just look at her response (the owner) and you can see how much of customer service you get!!! Also they block you from social media like that helps!

I always shop there because they have some cute stuff that I can’t find et Express or Macys, so they both know that I am a regular buyer. However every time I walk inside the store they NEVER greet me. They are NOT very welcoming.
