I like this place. The food is delicious and affordable. The restaurant has good deals . I like the empanadas on Monday at half price. The pizzas on Tusdays are the best prices. It is a nice place to eat. The parking is easy to find around the place. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Always have a wonderful time at Tomato & Basil thanks to Diana! My wife and I have become regulars because of the stellar service and amazing pizza. As very picky foodies, we have found this place to meet both quality, quantity, and service standards. If you are looking for a relaxing environment paired with savory food, this is the place for you.

Everytime I go, my experience doesn't get better. Disappointing that they can take my money but not give proper customer service. My entire meal was burnt! Never again.

Yesterday was our first time there after driving by many times and I cant believe I've mised entering this place for so long. The pizza was delicious, great taste and fresh ingredients. The waitress was very attentive and polite. Our food came quickly. The price is right also. I felt very satisfied over all.

Simply All about you.

I when there to pick up my food. They did not have it ready. Employee was talking to each other with no mask on but as soon I enter they put on there mask nothing is wrong with that but the only thing that did not sit well with me at all , is that they worry about putting there mask on but the entire time I was waiting for my food the waiter was scratching her hair , touching everything in the restaurant but did not use gloves to cut the Roman letters and the other food she was preparing. Not ones I saw her washing her hands. They treat people of color differently.4 other people came in after me And they served they food right away. They did not have to wait to be ask if they need it any assistants. Me I have to make my self known. At least that is the way they make me feel. I will not go there again. Gave 1 star just to be able to post my comment but for me service like that do not deserve not even 1 star

This place was recommended by a friend. So I decided to check it out. Overall solid pizza, I tried both the meat lovers and the Margherita, would recommend either one.

Extremely great pizza!!! My favorite thing is the the can of bread that they bring you with the olive sauce. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I would absolutely recommend this to my uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, and everyone I know! P.S. The owners are very cordial people.

Spent a summer in Miami and came here every week for empanadas and a Margherita pizza. This place is a hidden gem.

Im so glad I discovered this little place. So close to home, food is delicious, price is right and great service. I ordered pizza a couple of times for take out and it was perfect. Thin crust and full of flavor. The veggies pizza is to die for. I happened to be close by and hungry this week and we stopped by to try the milanesa sandwich and it was perfect too. We also tried the margarita and the empanadas. All good. And the service was great as well! 100% recommended!

If I find good service in Miami AND they serve great food it is a dream come true! I got the vegetarian pizza which was superb and loaded with fresh veggies. It was served with little bread bites alongside a delicious olive tapenade-type dipping sauce. The outside seating does what it can for a busy commercial street, but regardless the service was attentive and friendly. I thought the cost was appropriate for the portions and quality. Definitely recommend.

Last night we decided to give Tomato & Basil a try. Oh boy, what a pleasant surprise. This place not only met, but exceeded our expectations!! The service was excellent and the food was delicious.First, they brought us freshly baked mini breads with a black olive paste that was really tasty. Next, we ordered sorted empanadas as appetizers. They were delicious! I am not a mushroom eater but Luis recommended us to try the mushroom and Brie empanada, so we tried it. That empanada was fire. The food was so fresh and everything we ordered came out steaming hot, which is extremely important for me. I shared the Di Parma pizza with my husband. It reminded us of Italy. Great pizza, with the perfect amount of ingredients; the best part to me is that it was not greasy. I also had the Tomato Basil salad and I loved it. Not only the presentation but the taste was exquisite. I can tell that the prosciutto they used is of great quality because it melted in my mouth. Our friends had the spinach and cheese cannelones and a calzone— both tasted great. Next time I’m ordering pasta for sure. Lastly, we had deserts and they were to die for. If you like dulce de leche, make sure to try the pancakes and the artisan dulce de leche ice cream-which I heard is from a nearby ice cream store. You won’t regret it!!Overall, this is a hidden gem in the heart of North Miami. I felt like I was eating at home (because of the cozy ambient), my grandma’s food (because of the homemade taste), for a great price and service. We shall be back soon. I will add a few pictures we took to illustrate the dishes. Sorry, forgot to take pictures of the deserts. I was too busy eating ?
