Let me start by saying my Wife and I have been going to this store for 4 to 5 years. My wife loves it and it has always been a great experience! But not today...We bought 3 bottles of rum, different flavored rums my wife always finds here. I enquired with the Gentleman who was behind the counter about a bottle of Whistle Pig 15 year old that was $230.00, I asked if he was willing to drop the price to $209.00 which is what it is currently selling for at Total Wine. He said "I do not Negotiate!" I then said...So you guys don't price match at all?? He ignored me...Continued counting his coins. I said "Sir I'm just trying to get a good deal is all"! He still ignored me as if I had the plague! WOW...So sir...Whoever you are, My wife and I have spent hundreds of Dollars in your store the last 4 to 5 years! That ended today May 8th 2021 because you were such a rude uncaring person!!! Good Riddance!

Told me i had to ask to use restroom because i mght be stealing something then checked my id said he thinks the credit card isnt mine. I drive a 2020 ford ranger and was nicely dressed i felt very insulted

Buyer beware! Don't let the "nice guy" routine of Dave fool you as it did me!!! He seems so nice and accommodating.... but cannot be trusted at all! Definitely bait and switch!!! He kindly offered to order a wine that he did not stock and said he had no room to do so. He told me that the regular price was $8.99/bottle but since he couldn't stock it he would rather me buy it by the case and would charge me only $7.99 each. It wasn't in stock initially so I had to wait an extra week for it to come in - not his fault I realize.However I was shocked when I went to pick up the wine I was charged 999 per bottle. I questioned the price. He then lied and told me that he had originally quoted me $10.99 for a bottle and then he would give it to me for $9.99 if I bought a case. It's not so much the extra $24 that he charged me but it's the integrity issue! If he had had some explanation that the price has increased or something like that, I would've had no problem with it. However... He flat out lied! If you can't keep your word and you cheat people The public should know about it! Take advantage of me once- shame on you! However- you will not do it twice and I will share this "rip off" experience with my neighbors as well! Do you yourself a favor-- find a liquor store where the owner has integrity. DON'T SHOP HERE!
