My family and I went tonight for the first time. The meatloaf was amazing. My husband inhaled his chicken skillet and the kids loved their burger and wrap. We also took two pieces of the orange cake that they had tonight and it was absolutely amazing. You have officially gained regulars today ❤️

The Oak Table Family Diner offers wonderful, down home food from breakfast to dinner in a comfy, welcoming, and family atmosphere. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and very clean. Prices are fair, and the food tastes homemade, fresh, and healthy with a comforting feel. Portions are available in both half and full sizes.
Many dishes are outstanding. Standouts include the perfectly cooked flounder dinner, the amazing meatloaf, and the outstanding Pot Roast and Ron's Roast Beef Hash. The Country Chicken Skillet is a favorite, described as so good and loved. Other praised items are the open face hot turkey, Philly wrap, burger, pork chops, and the fantastic cream of corn. The gravy is amazing and a great surprise. Desserts are excellent, including the absolutely amazing orange cake and the excellent carrot cake, which is very homemade with balanced flavors, lots of nuts, and plenty of carrot. All cakes and desserts are loved.
Service is described as EXCELLENT, polite, and attentive. A noted area for improvement is that several menu items, including desserts, are sometimes no longer available without prior notice. Some dishes, like the liver and onions, can be a little dry and bland, and portions like the pulled pork plate can seem small. Overall, the experience is enjoyable, gaining regulars who plan to return.
