I never get the coffee order I ordered. They also play the system by keeping cars from waiting by the pick-up drive thru window by making cars pull up and holding up the line 10-15 minutes. The franchise judges the store based on how long cars wait at the order window. Less cars waiting at the window the better they look. Even though they hold up the process and never give out the correct order here. The employees simply just don’t care. Ben Affleck would be disappointed lmao

I had a everything bagel Egg Sausage sandwich with small cafe con Leche it was good! The staff was friendly. I ❤️ bagels & my espresso ☕️ with milk! It’s a good fast breakfast treat !

Great customer service always clean and tidy. I use the conference room all the time which is always available when I need it I would’ve gave a five star but the phones don’t work.

I went to the location at 1801 W Oakland Park Blvd, Oakland Park, FL 33311 this morning to pick up my order, and it's always busy. There were at least six employees working, and an "Out of Order" sign on the bathroom door, which I know is a lie. The area is known for transient and homeless people using the bathrooms. I asked an employee where they use the bathroom when necessary and she said, "across the street', which is gas station separated the Dunkin by six lanes of traffic in a 45mph zone. I told them they have a lawsuit against Dunkin and the franchise order, but they didn't seem to care...and why? Because the bathroom is in fact in order.
Great place , always have a great experience here! Alam is the best !! :)

Lady at counter was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms and restroom were clean. Good atmosphere and best coffee.Kid-friendliness: Lots of families, very welcoming.Wheelchair accessibility: Good parking and easy to get into restaurant from the car.
