I cannot fully express the Perfection, Professionalism, & Precision of how the food and service was delivered by this company. This is the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of being a guest at a Christmas party that used Hugh's. The hors d'oeuvres were cooked just right, seasoned exquisitely, containing a fantastic diverse selection. The waiters and waitresses were efficient, friendly, quick, and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

From the beginning Andy was the best, he helped us every step of planning food that made sense for our needs and for the traveling that it took to get to us , the Chilean Sea Bass was the most delicious we have ever had. He helped us with choosing a baker as well and let me tell you his recommendation didn’t disappoint! Thank you Hugh’s catering and Andy for giving us a memorable experience in a unique situation.

A friend recommended we use Hugh's Catering for my daughters 40th birthday party this weekend. After a call to Pam I had a feeling I was in good hands. We discussed what my daughter loves and the "vibe" she wanted for the evening.The menu and pricing arrived as promised. We had to tweak a few things and we met at the venue 2 weeks before.Pam suggested a lot of specifics and again I felt I was In professional hands.The party could not have turned out better. The food was creative, served hot, fresh and all in all, over the top. The servers were professional and excellent and I must say I never had such an all around positive experience.Don't look further. Hugh's Catering is simply the best!

I hosted my husband's 50th birthday party here. First off, Dana the manager was wonderful! She was professional and answered all questions I had. She made setting up the whole thing a great experience. My team for the night was headed by Matthew. Matthew and his team for the night were excellent!! The food was delicious, the bartender was great and service staff were very helpful. Matthew and staff even danced and partied with us! All night my guests were inquiring how I found this place, I'm so glad I did!! The whole experience was awesome and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Dana, Matthew and staff. My husband will never forget his night.

I would HIGHLY recommend Hugh's catering for corporate events. I was really impressed with Dana and how professional she was. I ordered a catered breakfast for 75+ people and Dana was able to pull it off on very short notice.
