Lobby was closed because the register was down and they made me walk through the drive through to order which is already dangerous and I asked if I could sit and eat inside ( which I don’t see why that would be an issue if the register was only down ) and he said no lol joke

The most ghetto Wendy's I've been to in Florida. Homeless people outside, homeless people inside, most sodas were empty, no napkins, no soda lids and you need a key to use the restroom like some rural gas station. Plenty of safer options.

This Location needs new management and a new morning crew. The morning staff never show up to work on time and then they will ignore everyone at the drive through speaker while the prepare for the day. If the restaurant is scheduled to open at 6:30 there should be no reason why we can’t place an order at 6:45.

It seems it gets worse and worse … I’ve given them enough attempts.. simple instructions-no ice, then a cup full. Another time-No pickles and a BUNCH of pickles.. It’s crazy what are they doing? The line is ridiculous, what are we waiting for more incorrect orders? Stop wasting your money and take care of your health, stop going to these places. Taken as a TRUE sign to eat healthy.! It hasn’t been fast food in a minute! Be ware it begins at the top! Who’s running these franchises? Why is 5 for 5 not really 5 for 5, then you only get 4 items?

The lady or man that worked on 03/03/2024 around 8pm in the drive thru is very rude she has no manners no customer service went through the drive thru and i ask for something that was on the menu she decline it and said no we don’t have it so i went for a second option on the menu she declined it and said we don’t have that either so i said so why is it advertised on the menu and you guys don’t have it she said is that it will that complete your order the way she talk to me like she was rushing me to hurry up like i’m bothering her no customer service rude and unprofessional and when i drove up she look like she does not want to be there like she does not want to work the other ladies and gentleman that works there are very professional and knows what Customer Service is
The owners of this place should be ashamed at the way it looks. Have some respect for your employees fix the place up. As much money they make at this location, they shouldn't have any problem spending a good 100k to fix it up.
