I was charged 29 dollars for a large shrimp and lobster sauce but was only given 4 shrimp in a pint container..I called to report and she is me on the phone acting as if she couldn't hear me then when she finally gave me the time to speak I explained "I work hard for my money"..she remarked I work hard too..don't eat here they only chicken broth..u can make it yourself..and she was tipped..ungrateful and horrible service.

We order a few of times over the years. Prices are high and the amount is alot less. All though the service was nice, the place is ran down and needs updating. I know cost of rice has not increased that much. The last time we ordered the combination sweet and sour chicken it was awful it was not hot and soggy like it was sitting for awhile. Caution when ordering that...one last thing egg drop soup was not pleasant it had no flavor like egg drop should have and. Fried noodles were stale and ? gross...maybe we will try them again, but not anytime soon

IM DISGUSTED! I normally frequent another Chinese place but they happen to be closed on Tuesdays. This is my second/third time trying this place. Food is pretty good. Sanitation, not so much. First time, the older woman's behind the counter coughed multiple times in her hand, then proceeded to bag food. This time it appeared to only be the 2 younger boys working. My order was not ready. One of them proceeded to pick his nose.. like really going in, while watching something on his phone.. the other brother was in the back cooking and yelling for help. The one that picked his nose got up and grabbed some items out of the freezer WITHOUT washing is hands. Another customer witnessed it, I walked out and just disputed the transaction. The other woman left, she apparently had not placed her order yet. I know worse goes on in restaurants, but I'd prefer not to see it at least.

Would give it negative stars if I could. Ordered 6 meals for office. Missing several items, soups and sodas. Called to let restaurant know. They stated that the app we ordered from was wrong, and that they do not promote their lunch that way. Argued that was what we were expecting. They refused to make it right.The food we did receive was not good either. Very dry rice, egg rolls were not good, no meat in the lo mein- bad experience all around. Would not recommend. All employees dissatisfied.
Best crab Rangoon in the area! I ordered a large order for 8 people to go and it was ready in 20 minutes and every thing was correct! & it tasted very good and was hot! Will be returning. Very reasonable prices as well!

I bought beef and broccoli with yellow rice got three pieces of meat all rest and broccoli cold and ordered a sweet-and-sour chicken. No chicken in the I called. I talked to the manager and the manager talk to the cook and the cook says that’s how we cook it with no chicken or no meat in the dough so I paid $15 each. I do not recommend it or that restaurant not unless you go in to make sure you check your chicken very poor service.

not very good customer service. i ordered the garlic chicken dish and my boyfriend ordered sesame chicken. and im sure everyone has drank out of a hose before, and the taste of chlorine/tap water is a taste i think most people are familiar with - well to say the least that's what the food tasted like. some kind of chemicals, mind you the garlic chicken tasted nothing like garlic. if i didn't press for a refund, they would have kept making excuses upon excuses. they told me that the garlic chicken was not supposed to taste like garlic?? and too much garlic would be overpowering?? if someone doesn't like garlic, why would they order a primarily garlic dish. half of the things they said didn't make sense. we had to drive 30 minutes to bring the food back for a refund, there was no way we were going to eat their food. and the chef on the phone said he doesn't eat it himself either. that says a lot in itself. please save your money and your time, choose a different chinese restaurant or cook at home. not good
