I placed my order via phone and the young lady was pleasant and patient. I had her repeat things because I couldn’t hear her very well. Background noise. No one’s fault. My husband picked it up. The complaint I have was my pizza was so dry. There was hardly any sauce on it. I had to drink something just to get it down my throat. I also ordered the salad. They only sell one size. I was disappointed because the cucumber slices weren’t fresh. The tomatoes weren’t that great either. They cucumber slices were transparent along the edges by the skin. Like they had been frozen and then thawed. It was gross. I couldn’t eat them.I’ve only been to Five Star Pizza once and it was the one by Kirkland’s on College Road. I really liked that pizza. It was so delicious. But this place by my home was a big disappointment.I’m not saying I won’t give this place another chance but I wish I didn’t burn my money there. It’s going to take me awhile to trust this place again.

Whelp I’m done with this place. Gave them one more chance. They got the order wrong and then when my wife called the manager dismissed her to the point my wife hung up. The pizza they did get right was stuck to the cardboard and had no sauce. Poor quality and service.

Bad idea!We knew there was something wrong when after we paid, literally 11 minutes later, we received an email that it was out for delivery. We ordered 16 inch all the meats, pizza and substituted the pepperoni and beef toppings for mushrooms and onions. We also ordered the pepperoni rolls. We requested that the pizza be well done. I don’t know what planet you’re on, but it takes a lot more than 11 minutes to prep and cook a 5 topping well done pizza. I called, and they reassured me that it would be well done. Upon opening the box, we noticed Pizza was definitely not well done. Also, there was no marinara sauce for the pepperoni rolls. We called to speak to them, and the only thing that they offered was to give us a $.75 credit for the missing marinara sauce. Horrible customer service, not to mention food delivery is so much more expensive these days. You would you think that they would concentrate on customer service a lot more. Making sure things are right.We will not order again.Edited on Monday Jan 22.We are not surprised by the vague reply from Five Star Pizza. If it was my company, I would’ve immediately sent someone back out with a fresh order of pepperoni rolls with marinara sauce. Whether the customer requested it or not. To make things right.Again, like we said, we won’t be back.

Order the same thing pretty much every time and all I can say is this location is consistently inconsistent. I order pepperoni and sausage LIGHT CHEESE due to health reasons. Just because I order light cheese doesn’t mean DOWSE it in sauce. I order light sauce barely get none and DOWSED in cheese. There’s literally no in between. My four year old daughter took one bite and said I don’t like it. Such a waste of money almost every time. I wouldn’t recommend but the sad thing is when it’s good, it’s good ya know. Teach the employees to properly read instructions and have some common sense just because I want less of something doesn’t mean over compensate with another ingredient. I’m sure the owners/management could care less.UPDATE: They did do a half hearted apology just to cover their bases but what good does that do for money already wasted? Whoever reads this you’re better off going elsewhere. It’ll be a long time before I try the establishment again if even.

Closest pizza spot to me. Known to be cheaper than the rest but quality is still there. ? looked all over and they give some of the best deals on wings. My orders tend to usually get delivered before designated time frame.

Terrible wings. Do not order their chicken wings if you’re a fan of them. The price is ridiculous for how terrible the wings were. I wanna call corporate and find out where they get their chicken from. Aweful. Their wings were soggy and undercooked, very bland and dry. I ordered medium hot.

For food I love it no complaints lovely big pizzas. Service 3 cuz sometimes employees drop stuff according to parents who ordered here but I don't have too many complaints regarding service employees are generally nice and keep to themselves most the time. Atmosphere 2 it's too tiny in there not many people can order at once and I think they should have a place to sit and eat I don't like feeling cramped in there like that place in the front besides the kitchen can probably hold only 1-5 people

Let me start by saying we love Five Star in Belleview. However, we can't get delivery from them at our current address. I can't order online from this store as online it says the address is out of their delivery zone. Therefore calling is the only option, the woman who answered the phone, Leanna told me to repeat my address three times. I did no big deal. Then I give her my order, she has me repeat it three times, again I did. She did not repeat my order back to me, instead she huffs and said "it's going to be like 45 minutes." Ok no problem. Another audible huff followed by "cash or card?" At this point I'm annoyed but no big deal. She told me to slow down multiple times during our conversation as if I was speaking too quickly for her to comprehend. She then asked me for my expiration date to which I answered May of 2024. She says and I kid you not, "I need the number of the month" in a very annoyed voice. The call ended and my family and I had a laugh about the incompetence of the staff. Well fast forward and I get the wrong pizza delivered. When I call and ask to speak to management, she states they don't have management on staff and that I'm a liar, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza not Chicken Bacon Ranch, telling me multiple times that I am wrong, that she is correct.Do better.
