Terrible customer service ! I called yesterday around 3:30PM to order food for 2 days later for a group of 30 people , the lady who answered picked up and said to call in the morning as she was closing and did not have time to take the order. I came around 8am this morning and the same lady greeted me and when I asked to place an order as I called yesterday and was told to come by today. The lady proceeded to tell me I called late and then stormed off to the kitchen, at this point I decided to leave as she was obviously annoyed. I get in my car and as I look up she was at the glass door , I decided to go back in the restaurant and she was behind the curtain speaking about me in Spanish where all the customers can hear. I then spoke up and told her that I have been a customer for years with large orders and never been treated this way and I did not deserve that as I spoke to her with respect. The lady proceeded to yell at me in front of the other customers as I walked out. Terrible Terrible !

My favorite place to eat the Cubans are on point and the stuffed potatoe balls are absolutely amazing. I eat here once a week.

Neat little roadside bakery & breakfast Cubans restaurant. Small so sometimes hard to find a seat. They do carry out. Stewed chicken & rice & fried plantain is very good. Guava turnover is good, too.

Read the reviews on Google and thought I would stop at this out of the way little restaurant. I ordered the Media Noche sandwich and unfortunately it wasn't very good. A woman took my order and then went to the back, which I thought was a good sign cuz maybe she would be cooking up my sandwich. But instead I heard the infamous beep I have a microwave and quickly realized that a sandwich was just being heated up. It's really just a pile of ham, a teeny bit of pork or what I'm guessing was pork, and a gooey substance that I guess was cheese. I half of it and brought the other half home. You guessed it... When I unwrapped the other half of the sandwich it was hard as a rock, which is what happens when you warm bread in the microwave. Anyway, I would skip this place and find another real Cuban restaurant in the Ocala area.

Best food I have had in Florida hands down. People here are lovely. They treat u like family. If you like good food you come here. Should be your #1 lunch stop in Ocala.

Ordered cuban sandwiches and was so dissapointed! Way to much mustard and no flavor and very little meat. Literally eating mustard with bread. They had other food but was so dissapointed that I didnt order anything else.

The food is delicious, the portions are so big, and the owners are so very friendly. The cafe con Leche is so good - so very very good.

I love Paradise Bakery! It has a variety of Cuban cakes, pastelitos, empanadas, croquetas, papas rellenas, and sweets. Let's not forget the daily food specials, which can include: ropa vieja, steak, chicken, rice, beans, yuca, and/or maduros. My all time favorite though is the pan con bistec (Cuban style steak sandwich), which is what I usually order with my Jupina! Great place! I can eat there or take it to go! Love it! ❤️We need you in the shores!

Wonderful authentic Cuban Cuisine. Friendly staff and owner. We spoke briefly with the owner while enjoying our meal and we're informed they are opening another place in Belleview soon. We are looking forward to it. I wanted to add that the bakery section has a wonderful array of desserts and folks with extreme cake decorating abilities. We simply love this place and visit as often as we can.

The Cubans are always great. Some good Cubans coffee and some pastries to go.

If I could give them zero Stars I would especially for the food. The empanadas were SO greasy with VERY little filling & the grease smelt old. Plus I also get a few cheese pastries and the cheese was so old that when I actually opened my pastry and looked, it was turning brown. Not to mention there was a little to no cheese in each one of my pastries.Even though the food was very disgusting the staff was pretty nice but I know I'll never go there again

A great place. Great food and very fair prices. The pork and the flan are favorites. The pastries are very good.

No filling in the empanadillas. This is the second time trying them. First time was the same . Disappointing because I would stop here several times a week if they were good .

The 5 stars says it all, food and service is always absolutely fantastic. Their chicken is unreal. Favorite local restaurant, hands down.

Like a lot of people here, I just decided to stop in when I saw the sign. Everybody seem to be nice and the food, especially the pork with yellow rice and red beans was really awesome for me. Nice portions. Very fair price. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Enjoy!
