Ordered a salad for lunch at work and the lettuce was disgusting, I called for a refund when I got off and was told without bringing the salad BACK TO THEM (it is 5:40 pm now) I couldn’t get anything done and the least they could do is give me half off my next order IF I was able to bring the salad back. My mind is literally blown this atrocity was 15 dollars and I couldn’t eat it and live 30 minutes away… included a nice close up of the rotting/transparent lettuce so maybe they’ll believe me? Because they OBVIOUSLY “checked all their food for freshness this morning” as per their POLICY…. I didn’t get to eat lunch and now I’m out 15 dollars anyway. Love Uber corporate companies that are too big to take care of simple issues! Keep making your money by falsely advertising fresh food!!!!

I’m so sick of getting nasty food from this zaxbys. Last night was the straw on top of Countless messed up orders and bad service. I ordered their new chicken Philly and it was literally Burnt!They made me pull over and wait 15mins just to make the sandwich alone (not a meal) and had everyone behind me pulling into parking spaces to wait too.The chicken was dry/crunchy small old bits..all the vegetables were blackened! Barely any sauce and the burnt grease was soaked into the bread.I’m just done with this location. Ran by teenagers who can’t make food. Take the extra time and visit a different location unless you want to wait forever to get food just to have to request it be remade with a side of attitude because you asked for it to be fixed.

I love zaxby’s food so much it’s my favorite chicken place to eat at. But every time I have come to this zaxby’s we have gotten attitude from the workers, today we got zaxby’s in the drive through and the woman on the speaker was extremely rude.
