Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Tried the egg rolls today. Smaller than I thought and a little burnt on the edges but overall, not to bad!

Drive thru is a joke. Chicken is rubbery. Just goto lees. This place dont care

This is the best zaxby's location in ocala. Food is great, the kickin chicken sandwich is one of the best items on the menu. Cashiers are friendly, efficient, and personable. Zaxbys is my first choice when it comes to fast food, specifically this location.

I just got a number 3 wings and things traditional sauced in the sweet and spicy sauce and it was phenomenal. Chicken always hot and fries. The food is always great here

This review has nothing to do with the quality of food or staff customer service. However, the manager at this location (not sure if there are multiple) has poor customer service skills.
I have not had an issue with any staff. They are always helpful and pleasant even if something is wrong with the order. I always hesitate to ask for the simplest thing when this manager is on duty.
3 different times when dealing with things as simple as exchanging sauces because they aren’t correct when picking up an order; the manager always blames something I did as the customer that has resulted in whatever issue there is. This location manager could benefit from some customer service training and a bit of humility. Only writing this review to say it’s a shame when staff have better common courtesy on how to treat customers than the manager.

Ordered an Asian salad that comes with an egg roll I ordered an extra egg roll and got no egg rolls. I called they told me that the Foor Dash driver probably took them. I said he doesn't make the salads PLUS the bag was stapled closed
Pretty sad they blame a driver and not take responsibility themselves. I should've at least gotten my money back for the extra egg roll...

do not reccomend to come here i ordered wings and things and they gave me the wings that was sitting there for a while and less fries than usual i ordered more wings plus the same thing happened they had no meat on them just like they were cook to long

Well we buy a salad and Brought it home. It was lettuce was wilted, tomato soft and a small amount of chicken. Today 09/22/2024 11:01 am order 232787972 . So what can I do .please let me know.... Thank you Well my wife said that's a piss poor excuse. So that means every Salad will be wilted from the chicken that's on the to go order right. So why don't you put the chicken on the site in the beginning. Now please let me know.

Ordered a traditional wing meal with an additional side of coleslaw in the drive-through. Girl took my payment and gave me the card back with my bag of food and tried to send me on my way without my drink. Then she had a little attitude when she came back a minute later and I tried to tell her I didn't get my drink. Then I got home to find the coleslaw was not full, and instead of 5 bone-in traditional wings I had 4 and a boneless one. I can't eat boneless because I can't eat the breading. So I feel like I didn't get what I paid almost 14 dollars for. They weren't even busy; the dinner rush was over. The location on Silver Springs Blvd is much better; even during busy lunch times, they do not mess up my food or have attitude.
