They forgot to give me one of the meals I ordered. When I went in to tell them and get my missing food, the girl working the drive thru called me a liar repeatedly.Update: I spoke with the GM, Jay, and he was so kind and apologetic. I appreciate the hospitality and want to ensure that it is known that Zaxby’s made it right. ?

Ordered a chicken parm fry and it barely had any marinara on it. When I asked for more they told me they were running low and couldn’t give me any. I even asked to purchase the marinara and was told no. I wouldn’t have ordered the fries to begin with if I was told they were only going to skimp on it due to running low on it. For a $10 order of fries I’m really disappointed.

Nice staff but overpriced, stingy, and slow. Mgmt replied below, which is nice, but I recommend another location (see update)Original:$22 for two meals and we were still hungry afterward. I'm 6', 170 lbs, and usually full on a fast food meal, so this wasn't on me. They also charged us $0.25 per sauce with none free, which, when your meals are already close to ten bucks with tax, is highway robbery.Took 20 mins to get food because they over-cater to drive thru.Didn't get pickles on my sandwich and when I asked for more, was handed 3 tiny pickles. I asked for more and received another 3 tiny pickles. I overheard another customer with a wrongly sauced order while I was waiting.Food was good, but not better than PDQ.Update:I went to another Zaxby's location yesterday during dinner rush. Immediate service, minimal wait, no charge for sauces and plenty of pickles the first time.
There are 3 different people working the front 1 register that is going, this weekend, and nobody communicating (about work anyways). Yet, they forgot when I got there, the ticket wasn't even printed yet, and no orders were put on the rack the entire time. Waited in there an additional 25 minutes for it to be remade, and left foodless after hearing one of the 3 girls working the front pressing the back about restarting the order finally.I would highly recommend staying away from this place of you value customer service, or just don't like dealing with careless liars, that is my opinion anyways.

Constantly being asked to pull up in drive thru and wait forever for food. Have had employees actually say sorry but we have to keep our drive thru times short my boss has been on my case. Instead of faking drive thru numbers by having customers pull up just have them wait. I would rather wait longer at the drive thru line knowing I won’t have to pull up and continue to wait and be forgot about multiple times one time up to almost 20 minutes. It is convenient food and good quality but starting to become not worth the hassle.

It's pretty nice here. Sometimes, it takes time for the staff to acknowledge you, but they're nice.The salads are great. It's a bit pricey, though, but worth it.

I want to make sure the supervisor, on duty 9/23/23 at approximately 5:10pm at the3019 SE Maricamp rd, Ocala, FL , is recognized for his absolute stellar customer service skills. I believe he told me his name is Jay. My daughter went I and ordered bc the line was long through the drive through. She ordered our food along with 2 extra zax sauces. When we got home a few mins later we noticed not only did we not get the zax sauces we didn’t get the ranch…. So we scurried back up there to see a sign saying that they were closed until the 26th for building upgrades. With that said someone answered my knock and not only did Jay give me the sauces we were missing but he also compensated me for having to come back. That’s not the only reason I’m writing this. He was just soooo pleasant and accommodating. I feel like this day and age we don’t see many people with the amazing attitude he had when dealing with a customer complaint. Jay please continue to be the amazing supervisor you are. I appreciate your service.
