Ordered a doritos taco (single), requested NO tomatoes and still received tomatoes. Did not receive the Baja Blast Freeze I ordered until I mentioned, along with Cinnamon Twist. When I went to ask about these cinnamon twist, I heard one of the ladies working in the back say “I hate customers”, how do you hate the people who are the reason you’re making your money? Each and every table my partner and I went to sit at was SO incredibly filthy(food, sauce, used napkins, etc all over the tables). Along with hearing an employee say “I hate customers”, I also stood waiting for a good 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. A family member of two employees brought out their food to said family, spoke to them and went to the back and did not bother to even inform anyone I was waiting. Overall, the food was fine, apart from the tomatoes I requested off of my taco, but POOR customer service.

This location is one of the worst I can't believe it drive through never works no one's ever working managers never working they can't take cash employees refuse to communicate with customers they want you to deal with a computer screen. I can't believe this is actually a Taco Bell location somebody needs to replace management. This is unacceptable in today's world

Very disappointed in service and the workers for night crew. Very disrespectful and sit on their phones majority of time. I come here often and they need to get rid of the workers who are blantaly rude. I was in tonight and had a mobile order, waited 25 minutes. Unacceptable. Not to mention the worker that gave me my food was rude to me and j was patient didn’t complain once. I won’t be back.
