All the employees are wonderful! I am in often and everyone has provided great service ! Arianna was friendly, fast, and efficient! Definitely management material!Isaiah and Daryl’s customer service is second to none. Keeps me coming back every time!Madeline was friendly and accurate.I highly recommend stopping at their location before, during, or after your trip to Walmart!They had a raise the flag donut ! Highly recommend !

The employees seem like they dont care. I will be going to the Dunkin on Curlew and 19 from now on because the employees are much more friendly. Today i bought some drinks and doughnuts for my family at this location. I told the cashier i was pulling up the Dunkin app for the rewards on my 18$ order. She ran my card. Then I gave her my phone to scan it for rewards. She said there’s no way for her to scan it since I already paid. So I asked if there was anyway I could get those rewards she replies with “I don’t know”. I asked if she could find somebody who does know. A guy comes up and says there is nothing he can do. Which i find hard to believe. If its really impossible to give someone their rewards after paying then yall should ask if the coustomer is part of the rewards program before taking their payment! I get that y’all don’t care about my rewards, but it’s your job… I will say the latte I ordered was tasty.

This should say enough. Yes, Dunkin’ Donuts inside of Walmart on Tampa rd. Ewww this sourdough bread NASTY MFS! Make sure you check what you’re eating!!

Service at the Dunkin Donuts on Tampa Rd in Oldsmar FL is VERY poor. Drive through worse than ordering inside. I've been going there for over a year and have managed to put up with the inept associates. Poor or NO training on what are product specials, whether better to order ahead online or in store. Unbeknownst to me, there is a difference, although no one has explained satisfactorily. The associates apparently receive NO or very little training in customer service. They are not rude, but misinformed. I've had to ask for the manager on duty on several occasions. Don't always get napkins or a straw in drive thru without having to ask. I would prefer to order ahead on the app, but that has NOT worked out at all. I've been told not to use app, but come inside or order at drive thru. I have been a regular custiner, 3 or 4 times a week. No longer. Even though this Oldsmar location is convenient to where I work, I've been going to the location closer to my house.I answered a survey, received an email back from, I assume, dist mgr. I was promised in several emails that I would be contacted by franchise owner or district rep. None of that has happened. I want to add, I'm not looking for any freebies, just a response as to why their staff is inept.

the food is fine sadly the customer service in this place is horrendous, my drink was done wrong and i kindly ask if they could give me the one i wanted and the response i got was very rude and bitter, I understand how much work and employe has to go through and I admire that but it does not give them the right to be mean or treat customers with disgrace. Do better please

I have been here 3 times. Every single time my order is wrong. First time, ordered croissant sandwiches and got tacos. Second time ordered cheddar with no egg…ended up with egg and American. Third time same thing. What is the point of ordering if you’re just going to make whatever the heck you want? Why are you charging people for food they don’t even order? I get that the employees hate their job and do not want to be there by their attitudes. But at what point do you realize you are getting paid to do a job that you took and you’re simply not doing it? I recommend going anywhere but here.

In the donut free day I ordered beverage and I don’t received my free donut and they don’t have the flavors that promote. Just 2 flavors. Totally disagree.

The service from the young man that took my order was amazing! I requested that my two iced coffee's be made with the whipped cream and cinnamon sugar sprinkle. As he was trying to explain to the young lady that was going to fix the order she just started going off. For what reason no one knows. But what I didn't like is no manager stepped in to help or to find out what the problem. Then as he continued to take orders she still continued to walk back and forward behind the front counter. In front of customers loud and cusreing and using fowl language. No manager still said a word. And not to mention my order was still done wrong after she said she knew what she was doing. I don't know maybe she had mental illness and they know. But they need to get her under control before they lose customers. I will not be returning to this location.

Sandwich cold, staff super slow, charged me twice for a disgusting coffee and charged me $3 for one single piece of toast that doesnt even fill up a kid. Totally disgusting . Put this in your RED list.
