Honey Baked Ham donated half a ham & 2 large sides to cancer patients like me for Christmas & IT WAS SO KIND & DELICIOUS. Thank u from me & other V 4 Victory families!!
Staff were festive, happy and helpful! I prepaid online, showed my barcode and was in and out with my ham and sides in about 5 minutes! It was delicious as always!

Made an early prepaid reservation for ham pick up. Staff was rude & indifferent. I understand this is the holidays. At this price however, I still have a variety of options available with merchants who actually appreciate my business. Premium pricing for subpar service.

Cashier was by herself she was making sandwiches for a client it took some time to get waited on. Then someone came from the but did not offer help to the gentleman behind me.

Upon arrival to pu my order, I was waited on by Hailey who was very rude ; very sarcastic!Granted I placed an order over the phone as I have done for many years, I was never told over the phone in order to get a guarantee size the order needed to be placed online. Had I known this was the new policy, I would have done so. Hailey never tried to make the situation right nor did she apologize.Customer service was at it worst and there is absolutely no excuse for bad customer customer service.
