The worst food experience, they sat us at the table, we waited 15 minutes for the waiter to serve us. He served us, we ordered the drinks and the food, the food I don't want to say but it took a while, the restaurant was not that busy so the food will take more than 30 minutes. We ordered chicken tender that was reheated and fries that were made and were in the retention for more than 3 minutes and the other dish was a chicken fiesta lime that the lemon was so dry that it did not release liquid I thought it was for decoration and the rice was rubbery. My experience as a chef is that that food was left over from some order and they gave it to me and I will never return to that place again.

Yesterday we went to this location with my family, we were a party of 11 with 5 children. We went like 11PM and the restaurant SUPPOSEDLY closed at 2AM. The host told me we had to wait 25 minutes and we join the waiting list. However, my husband was coming from the bathroom when he heard the host telling other staff that the table was ready and asked if she can give the table to us but the other staff said “no no no , not now and they all speak Spanish” . My husband told that information and we left. Also, my uncle asked to sit at the bar by himself to ask for a beer and he was denied to. Every place that has a bar that I’ve been if you want to sit alone at a bar to order a drink you can and he was denied.The two staff were Hispanic and us too, so I don’t understand what was the problem but it is a shame and disrespectful.

But instead of leaving the restaurant, he walked through the entire restaurant (without an employee stopping him) and stopped and looked at every table. That was really extremely unpleasant.

The server here brought me the right food, refills, a box, and the check even though I couldn’t talk due to bronchitis. Everything was extremely timely, it was fun and lively even at midnight/1 AM, and the staff are super friendly and kind. There’s even plenty of parking and a /beautiful/ arcade next door.

We just had dinner at the northern most Applebees on Idrive location 139. Sharee was our server. She was absolutely wonderful! Always with a smile and brought us everything we needed even when we didn’t know we needed it.

Terrible service, terrible manager. Not worth to waste my time on details since is not the first time Applebee's has let me down. Kudos to the kitchen people on I-drive who did everything good, management for tonight and server were THE WORST we have had in a long time here in Orlando.

It was our first time eating at Applebee’s tonight for dinner, Tuesday March 12th, 2024 (we’re Canadian) and everything was perfect at this location! We had the 2 for $25 deal, with my boyfriend ordering the steak and I had the grilled chicken breast. The food was AMAZING, everything was cooked perfectly. The chicken breast wasn’t dry at all, it was cooked well and was juicy throughout. The steak was cooked medium and my boyfriend said it was a 10/10. Compliments to the chef! Unfortunately we didn’t get the chef’s name but the compliments were passed onto her. Our server was Samantha B and she was lovely. You could tell she was experienced and was super friendly. We were very impressed! Thank you again!
